Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.実質的に結合剤が重量平均分子量が400,000以上のポリマーからなり 、適当な溶媒に合した該ポリマーが室温以上のゲル化点および溶解点を有する熱 可逆ゲル化系を形成し、無機物質の容積分率が結合剤および無機物質の合計量に 対して45%以上であることを特徴とする、無機物質および結合剤を含有し、厚 さが25μm未満の、薄い自立性の未加工圧縮物。 2,無機物質の容量分率が0.6/(0.6+Memelt/Mn)(ここに、 Memeltは平衡溶融液中における2個の架橋間のポリマー分子量およびMn は該ポリマーの数平均分子量である)未満またはこれに等しいことを特徴とする 請求項1の未加工圧縮物。 3.該ポリマーがポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求項1または2の未 加工圧縮物。 4.該ポリマーがポリビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1または 2の未加工圧縮物。 5.該未加工圧縮物が二軸延伸により得られることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の いずれか1つの未加工圧縮物。 6.多孔度が80%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つの 未加工圧縮物。 7.モジュラスが0.5GPaを超えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれ か1つの未加工圧縮物。 8.重量平均分子量と数平均分子量との比が10未満であることを特徴とする請 求項1〜7のいずれか1つの未加工圧縮物。 9.該無機物質が焼結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つ の未加工圧縮物。 10.適当な溶媒に溶解した、濃度が結合剤および溶媒に対して60重量%未満 である結合剤を、該溶液のゲル化温度以上の温度で溶媒含有中間体に変換し、前 記中間体をゲル化温度以下に急冷して物体を形成し、溶媒が存在するか否かにか かわらず該ゲル化の前、間または後に延伸し、結合剤および無機物質の合計容量 に対して45容量%以上の量の無機物質を加えることにより溶媒含有未加工圧縮 物を形成することを特徴とする、焼結可能な無機物質および重量平均分子量が4 x105である高分子結合剤を含有する薄肉の無機未加工圧縮物の製造方法。 11.揮発性溶媒を使用することを特徴とする請求項10の方法。 12.該未加工圧縮物を二軸延伸することを特徴とする請求項10または11の 方法。 13.該延伸を開始した時、該未加工圧縮物がなお、溶媒および結合剤に対して 少なくとも10重量%の溶媒を含有することを特徴とする請求項12の方法。 14.得られる未加工圧縮物を緩和工程に付すことを特徴とする請求項10〜1 3のいずれか1つの方法。 15.無機物質を含有する層の物体に適用するための、請求項1〜9のいずれか 1つの未加工圧縮物の使用。 16.実施例により記載および説明される未加工圧縮物。 17.実施例により記載および説明される方法。 18.実施例により記載および説明される適用。
