Description
Claims (10)
- 1.a.溶融ポリエステルを紡糸口金から押出してフィラメントを形成し、次い で b.フィラメントを冷却し、潤滑処理し、そして第1前進ロールシステムへ約1 000−4000m/分の速度で前進させて部分配向糸を調製し、次いでc.フ ィラメントを前進ロールシステムから第1延伸ロールシステムへ供給して該フィ ラメントを部分延伸し、、次いでd.部分延伸フィラメントを第1延伸ロールシ ステムから、延伸点局在化装置を備えた第2延伸ロールシステムへ供給し、次い でe.フィラメントを第2延伸ロールシステムからコンディショニングロールシ ステムへ供給し、最後に f.フィラメントを引取ることを含んでなる、タイヤおよび工業用の高性能マル チエンドポリエステル糸を製造するための高速法において、 第2延伸ロールシステムの延伸点局在化装置へ糸を供給し、そこから取出すため に、算術平均ロール粗面値35−120マイクロインチの艶消し仕上げゴデット ロールを使用することよりなり、これにより第2延伸帯域における張力が5gp d以下に維持され、2本以上のフィラメントエンドが1組の前進、延伸およびコ ンディショニングロールにより推進され、糸の機械的品質が高い許容水準に維持 されることよりなる方法。
- 2.第2延伸帯域における張力が4gpd以下に維持される、請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。
- 3.第2延伸帯域における張力が3.5gpd未満に維持される、請求の範囲第 2項に記載の方法。
- 4.粗面値が35−約80マイクロインチである、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方 法。
- 5.第2段階延伸ロールシステムが、延伸点局在化装置へ供給するための第1対 、および延伸点局在化装置から糸を取出すための第2対に対合した4個の艶消し 仕上げゴデットロールである、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。
- 6.第1対の延伸ロールが50−100℃の温度に維持され、第2対の延伸ロー ルが200−237℃の温度に維持される、請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。
- 7.コンディショニングロールシステムが算術平均ロール粗面値35−120マ イクロインチの1対のゴデットロールである、請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。
- 8.局在化装置がスチーム温度320−520℃で作動するスチームジェットで あり、第1前進ロールシステムにおける糸速度が1200−3000m/mであ る、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。
- 9.第1前進ロールシステムが粗面値2−8マイクロインチ、および80−10 0℃の温度を有する、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。
- 10.糸がコンディショニングロールシステムにおいて1−10%弛緩する、請 求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。
