Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 1.気相または蒸気層から物理付着(PVD)または化学付着(CVD)によっ て、ガラスまたはガラス合金の表面に被膜を形成する方法において、間隔を置い た少なくとも二つの壁部材から成るガス気密構造部材及び/又は光学部材を形成 するため、各壁部材の少なくとも一つの側面の周囲の縁部に金属性の付着層が接 続していることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.付着層は遮断膜として形成されたハンダ付け可能な金属からメッキまたは化 学付着によって、あるいは熱噴射によって付着されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.付着層は遮断膜をメッキで付ける前に銅下地を付けることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第2項に記載の方法。
- 4.付着層はマグネトロン・スパッタリングによって作製されることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 5.付着層を作製する前に、ガラス表面の上に高周波を給電する電極が配設され ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 6.縁気密部材によってガス気密中間空間(5)を形成し、間隔を置いて設置さ れた少なくとも二つの壁部材(2,3)から成る、請求の範囲第1項〜第5項の 何れか1項の方法を実行する構造部材及び/又は光学部材において、付着層(4 )を設けた縁部には、各壁部材(2,3)の少なくとも一つの側面の周囲にハン ダ付け可能な金属を用いて遮断膜(6)が付けてあることを特徴とする構造部材 及び/又は光学部材。
- 7.遮断膜(6)には軟ハンダ(7)が付けてあり、このハンダは壁部材(2, 3)の熱保護被膜の適応温度より低い溶融温度を有することを特徴とする請求の 範囲第6項に記載の構造部材及び/又は光学部材。
- 8.間隔を置いた二つの壁部材(2,3)は各被覆縁部でハンダ付けされたテー プ状のフォイル(8)でガス気密に封着してあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 6項に記載の構造部材及び/又は光学部材。
- 9.壁部材(2,3)の側面端部とフォイル(8)の間に、中空空間(9)が設 けてあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の構造部材及び/又は光学部 材。
- 10.中空空間(9)にはゲッター剤(10)が封入されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第8項および第8項のいずれか1項に記載の構造部材及び/又は光 学部材。
- 11.壁部材(2,3)の側面縁部には、空気を通す絶縁体(11)が設けてあ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項および第9項のいずれか1項に記載の構造 部材及び/又は光学部材。
- 12.絶縁体(11)とゲッター剤(10)の間には、透過性の膜(12)が設 けてあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項および第11項のいずれか1項に 記載の構造部材及び/又は光学部材。
- 13.遮断膜(6)の材料はガラスと少なくとも近似的に等しい膨張係数を有す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項および第2項のいずれか1項に記載の構造 部材及び/又は光学部材。
- 14.ガス気密された縁パッキングを用いて絶縁中間空間を形成し、間隔を置い た少なくとも二つの壁部材(2,3)から成る構造部材及び/又は光学部材(1 )を作製するため、請求の範囲第1項から第5項の何れか1項の方法を使用する こと。
