産業上の利用分野
本考案は自動車の車高調整装置における車高セ

出用プラグとは、例えば車高センサはセンサブラ
ケツトを介してエア封入部の上面部に溶接にて固
着され、センサハーネス引出用プラグはエア封入
部の側壁部に設けられる等、それぞれ別の位置と
なつているのが普通であり、これら両部材の取付
作業が極めて煩雑で手数がかかるという問題を有

問題点を解決するための手段
本考案は、シリンダ部材とこれに摺動可能に嵌
装されたロツドとからなる伸縮部材の外周部にエ
ア封入部を形成し、該エア封入部内へのエアの給
排気を車高センサの信号にて自動的に行うように
したエアサスペンシヨンにおいて、上記ロツドに
固定されエア封入部の上壁面及び上方周壁面を形
成するアツパハウジングの周壁面に貫通孔を設
け、車高センサを保持したセンサブラケツトの上
部にセンサハーネス引出用プラグを固着し該セン
サハーネス引出用プラグの内腔部よりセンサハー
ネスを引き出すと共にセンサブラケツト内及びセ
ンサハーネス引出用プラグの内腔部内の隙間を合
成樹脂材にて充填してセンサブラケツト組立体を
構成し、該センサハーネス引出用プラグを上記ア
ツパハウジングに設けた貫通孔に嵌装してアツパ
ハウジングの外側から締付部材にて締付固定する
ことにより、上記センサブラケツト組立体をアツ
パハウジング内側面の所定位置に取付固定けたこ

で車高センサの取付けをも同時に行うことがで
き、従来センサブラケツトを単独に溶接にてアツ
パハウジングに固着していたものに比し取付工数
の著しい低速及びコストダウンをはかり得ると共
に、センサブラケツトがアツパハウジングの貫通
孔を基準に取付けられることによつて車高センサ
と駆動マグネツトとの相対位置の設定が容易確実

スペンシヨンにおいて、上記ロツドに固定されエ
ア封入部の上壁面及び上方周壁面を形成するアツ
パハウジングの周壁面に貫通孔を設け、車高セン
サを保持したセンサブラケツトの上部にセンサハ
ーネス引出用プラグを固着し該センサハーネス引
出用プラグの内腔部よりセンサハーネスを引き出
すと共にセンサブラケツト内及びセンサハーネス
引出用プラグの内腔部内の隙間を合成樹脂材にて
充填してセンサブラケツト組立体を構成し、該セ
ンサハーネス引出用プラグを上記アツパハウジン
グに設けた貫通孔に嵌装してアツパハウジングの
外側から締付部材にて締付固定することにより、
上記センサブラケツト組立体をアツパハウジング
内側面の所定位置に取付けたことを特徴とする自
