Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.富ガス及び/又は貧ガスもしくは混合ガスによって加熱される蓄熱式コーク ス炉団用の加熱システムであって、二連煙道グルーブに統合された華直方向の加 熱炎道(3,3a)を構え、この加熱炎道が、空気を予熱するためにもしくは貧 ガスもしくは混合ガスの貧ガス運転中、蓄熱室に接続される形式のものにおいて 、イ)燃焼空気を供給するためにそれぞれの加熱炎道(3)内に少なくとも3つ の高さステップで流出開口(5,6,7)が配置されていて、このばあい加熱炎 道底部の流出開口(6,7)が直接蓄熱室(14,15,16)に接続されてい てかつこの流出開口(6,7)の上方に配置された流出開口(5)が連絡壁内に 配置された中空連絡通路(4)又は別個の通路を介して蓄熱室(14,15,1 6)に接続されていており、口)空気を予熱するための蓄熱室(15,16)が 炉長手方向で分割されていて、このばあい一部が加熱炎道底部の流出開口(6) に、かつ、別の部分が中空連絡通路(4)又は別個の過路に接続されていて、両 部分のための空気量が外部から別個に調節可能であり、ハ)空気配分を調節する ために加熱炎道底部の上側の流出開口(5)が外部から調節可能なスライドブロ ック(17)を備えており、 ニ)内側の煙道ガス案内のために、上向きに導く加熱炎道(3)と下向きに導く 加熱炎道(3a)との間の連絡壁内で加熱炎道脚部に閉鎖可能な開口、特に循環 開口(18,19)が配置されていることを特徴とする、蓄熱式コークス炉団用 の加熱システム。 2.炉団の外部に、少なくとも1つの燃焼媒体の供給装置に向けて煙道ガスを外 的に戻す装置が配置されている、請求項1記載の加熱システム。 3.1つの加熱周期中に負荷される富ガスノズル(8)が炉長手方向で所属の循 環開口(18)の手前で一方の炉壁の近くで一平面内に配置されていてかつ別の 加熱周期中に負荷される富ガスノズル(9)が同様に炉長手方向で所属の循環開 口(19)の手前で他方の炉壁の近くで一平面内に配置されている、請求項1又 は2記載の加熱システム。 4.それぞれの加熱炎道内に貧ガスもしくは混合ガス(G)を供給するために加 熱炎道底部に流出開口(7)が配置されていて、この流出開口(7)が貧ガスも しくは混合ガスを案内ナる蓄熱室(14)に接続されている、請求項1又は2記 載の加熱システム。 5.加熱炎道底部の流出開口(6,7)が所属の両炉壁(2)の間で中央に配置 されている、請求項1又は4記載の加熱システム。 6.それぞれの連絡壁内に、隣接する加熱炎道に向けてのみ案内された流出開口 (5)を有する中空連絡通路(4,4a)が配置されている、請求項1から5ま でのいずれか1項記載の加熱システム。 7.連絡壁(21)内に、二連煙道グルーブの上向きに導く加熱炎道と下向きに 導く加熱炎道との間を占める循環開口(18,19)が配置されている、請求項 6記載の加熱システム。 8.燃焼媒体を調節するために蓄熱室(14,15,16)の下側もしくは蓄熱 室底部通路(12)の上側に調節可能な及び/又は交換可能な調整薄板(13) が配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の加熱システム。 9.個々の蓄熱室(14,15,16)が炉団長手方向でのびる隔壁(25)に よって、隣接する両加熱壁内でそれぞれ1つの加熱炎道に接続される区分に分割 されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の加熱システム。
