Claims (8)
- 1.電流径路の電流を感知する電流センサを有するプロセッサベース遮断器トリ ップ装置に使用する、定格プラグ回路において、 回路板と、 前記回路板に接続され、感知された電流の量に対して所定比率の電圧を確立する 抵抗器手段と、複数の導電接点を有し、前記回路板を前記トリップ装置と相互接 続させるコネクタと、 前記導電接点に接続され、前記感知された電流に対する前記電圧の前記所定比率 を表わすコードを確立するコード化手段と、 を具備し、 前記コードは、前記コネクタを介してプロセッサによって読み取られ前記電流径 路を分析できるものである、定格プラグ回路。
- 2.請求項1記載の定格プラグ回路において、前記コード化手段は、前記回路板 上に配置され前記コネクタのさまざまな導電接点に接続されて前記コードを確立 する、複数の印刷回路径路を含む、定格プラグ回路。
- 3.請求項2記載の定格プラグ回路において、前記抵抗器手段は、各々が一端に おいて各導電接点に接続され且つ他端において共通接点に接続された複数の抵抗 器を含み、これによって前記電流径路の複数の相電流の各々に対して前記トリッ プ装置に各抵抗器を提供する、定格プラグ回路。
- 4.電流径路の電流を感知する電流センサを有する故障給電、プロセッサベース 遮断器トリップ装置に使用する、定格プラグ回路において、 印刷回路板と、 前記印刷回路板に接続され、前記感知された電流の量に対して所定比率の電圧を 確立する抵抗器手段と、複数の導電接点を有し、前記印刷回路板を前記トリップ 装置と相互接続させるコネクタと、 前記印刷回路上に配置され前記コネクタのさまざまな前記導電接点に接続されて 、前記感知される電流に対する前記電圧の前記所定比率を表わす2進コードを確 立する複数の印刷回路径路と、 を具備し、 前記2進コードは、前記コネクタを介してプロセッサが読み取って電流径路を分 析できるものである、定格プラグ回路。
- 5.電流径路からの電流を感知する電流センサを有するプロセッサベース遮断器 トリップ装置に使用される、前記トリップ装置の電流定格を確立する方法におい て、印刷回路板上のさまざまな導電接点に対する複数の印刷回路径路を定める段 階と、 前記印刷回路板に抵抗器を接続して、感知される電流の量に対して所定比率の電 圧を確立する段階と、前記複数の印刷回路径路の中の選定された径路を開放して 、前記感知される電流に対する前記電圧の前記所定比率を表わす2進コードを確 立する段階と、前記導電接点に接続された複数の導体を有するコネクタを使用し て、前記印刷回路板を前記トリップ装置と相互接続する段階と、 前記複数の印刷回路径路に接続された論理手段を使用して、前記導電接点上に前 記2進コードを表わす論理ハイ及び論理ローを確立する段階と、 前記抵抗器を使用して前記感知された電流を校正する段階と、 プロセッサを使用して前記論理ハイ及びローレベルを読み出し、前記2進コード を得て、前記抵抗器により校正されている前記感知された電流を分析する段階と 、を備えてなる、電流定格確立法。
- 6.請求項5記載の方法ににおいて、複数の印刷回路の中の選定された回路を開 放するステップは過剰な量の電流をそこへ通すことを含む、電流定格確立方法。
- 7.電流径路からの電流を感知する電流センサを有するプロセッサベース遮断器 トリップ装置に使用する、定格プラグ回路製造方法において、 印刷回路板上のさまざまな導電接点への複数の印刷回路径路を定める段階と、 前記印刷回路板上の前記接点へ電気コネクタを接続する段階と、 選定値を有する抵抗器を前記印刷回路板に接続する段階と、 前記複数の印刷回路径路の中の選定された径路を開いて、前記抵抗器の前記選定 値を示すコードを与える段階と、 を備えてなる、定格プラグ回路製造方法。
- 8.請求項7記載の定格プラグ回路製造方法において、前記複数の印刷回路径路 の中の選定された径路を開く段階は、過剰な量の電流をそこへ通すことを含む、 定格プラグ回路製造方法。
