置検出手段と、前記選択手段により閉動作を選択
した場合のみ作動し前記電源手段から前記駆動機
構への通電を前記位置検出手段にて検出された位
置において所定時間遮断し且つ前記所定時間経過
後再度開始する減速手段とを有するリトラクタブ
