Claims (1)
- 超電導導体からリード線が分岐されてなる超電
導導体へのリード線接続体において、前記超電導
導体表面に傾斜して形成された溝と、この溝にリ
ード線端末部の被覆部を剥離して前記溝に沿つて
直線状に配置された前記リード線と、前記リード
線端末部を前記溝に溶接したろう材とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする超電導導体へのリード線接続体。
