ちに作業を停止してパツキンを交換する場合に
は、交換を頻繁に行なうこととなつて塗装作業の
能率が低下するため、従来は、ロツドに、排出口
を有する油受器を取り付けてここに漏れた作動油
を溜め、定期的にこの作動油を排出口から流して
他の容器で受けることによつて抜取りを行なつて
いたが、この抜取り作業は、ロツドを停止させ塗
装を中断して行なわなければならず、また、作業
の際に、作動油が排出口から油受器の下方の塗装
機に垂れ落ちてその回転円盤に付着すると、この
作動油が塗料と混じつて被塗装物に付着して不良
品を生ずるおそれがあるという問題があつた。

筒7の下端部と底板12とによつて上面が開放さ
れた油受部30が形成されており、また、昇降筒
7内には、細長い吸上管31が蓋体4を貫通して
垂下して油圧シリンダ5に固定されることによつ
て配管され、その下端の吸込口32が、第2図に
実線で示すように、ロツド6が収縮して油受部3
0が上方位置にきたときに油受部30内に挿入さ
れるようになつており、この吸上管31の蓋体4
から突出した上端部はポンプ装置40に接続さ
れ、このポンプ装置40は、エアー供給源41か
ら供給されフイルタ42及び圧力計43付きの制
御弁44を介して清浄かつ適圧にされた加圧エア
ーを、バキユームジエネレータ45内を流通させ
ることにより、吸上管31内を負圧にして油受部
30内の作動油を吸い上げるようにしたものであ
り、吸い上げられた作動油と加圧エアーは、とも
にバキユームジエネレータ45から油分離フイル
タ46に送られ、ここで、加圧エアーが外気に放
出されるとともに、作動油は貯留されてコツク4

ことがないため塗装不良を招くのを防止すること
ができる効果がある。
