[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、鉄筋をガス圧接法により接合する際

[従来の技術]
従来一般に使用されている鉄筋のガス圧接器
は、シリンダからなる圧接器本体の先端側方部に

突設され圧接器本体の周壁に設けられた長穴に沿
つて前記固定クランプ部に対向し移動し得るよう
になつており、鉄筋のガス圧接を行う場合は両ク
ランプ部に接合すべき鉄筋を中心を合せて把持し
たのち、圧接器本体に着脱自在に連結される油圧
シリンダによつて摺動子を押動させることにより
可動クランプ部により把持された鉄筋を固定クラ
ンプ部に把持された鉄筋に対し所要の力で加圧
し、次いで両鉄筋の接触部をトーチにより加熱・
軟化させ、該接触部の拡散を行わしめて接合を完

ところで、かかる鉄筋のガス圧接作業は一般に

ており、油圧シリンダを多数の圧接器本体に対し
共用できるようになつている。ところが、1つの
鉄筋を接合して次の鉄筋の接合作業にかかる際に
油圧シリンダを当該圧接器本体から取外したとき
に、その接合部の拡散が十分に行われていないう
ちに取外すと該接合部に対する所定の圧接力が失
われ結果、該接合部の強度が低下し接合不良を生
じるなど接合部の品質を損なうという問題があつ
た。鉄筋接合部の拡散が十分に行われるためには
所定の圧接力を作用させた状態で少なくとも1分
以上はその状態を保持しておく必要があり、現場
作業ではかかる1分の時間も待たずに圧接力を解

する固定クランプ部2が連結板21を介して固着
されている。この固定クランプ部2に対向して他
方の鉄筋Bを把持する可動クランプ部3が鉄筋軸
と平行に移動し得るようシリンダ11に取付けら
れている。すなわち可動クランプ部3はシリンダ
11内を摺動する摺動子12の側面に連結板31
を介して突設されており、シリンダ11の周壁に
設けられた長穴13に沿つて移動し得る。また、
シリンダ11の内部には摺動子12の復帰バネ
(図示せず)が内蔵されている。さらに、シリン
ダ11の基端には油圧シリンダ4が着脱自在に取
付け得るようになつており、油圧シリンダ4に複
数個突設された突起41が係合するバヨネツト式
の係止溝14が設けられている。可動クランプ部
3の摺動子12はこのようにして装着された油圧
シリンダ4のラム5によつて押動せしめられ、固
定クランプ部2に把持された鉄筋Aに対し可動ク
ランプ部3に把持された鉄筋Bを所定の圧接力に
て押圧する。6は可動クランプ部3の鉄筋圧接中
心を出すための調整ボルト、7は各クランプ部
2,3にねじ込まれる固定ボルトで、それぞれの
鉄筋A,Bを各クランプ部2,3のV字状鉄筋支
持部に形成された凹凸部22,32との間で締付
け固定する。なお、固定ボルト7の先端は円形の
エツジ部71に形成されており、鉄筋A,Bをい
わゆるノツチ作用下で把持するようになつてい

ガス圧接器のために直ちに取外して使用すること

合部の品質が安全に保たれたうえで油圧シリンダ
を直ちに他の圧接器本体に使用できるので圧接作
