Claims (1)
- ２つのスイツチング素子の直列回路が並列に複
数接続された制御スイツチング回路を有し、上記
各直列回路における両スイツチング素子の中間点
にモータ駆動コイルが接続され、スイツチング素
子のオン・オフにより、電源から制御スイツチン
グ回路を介してモータ駆動コイルに通電するモー
タドライバにおいて、上記各直列回路について、
その一方のスイツチング素子をオンさせる制御信
号を受けて作動し、他方のスイツチング素子の制
御極を短絡させて、他方のスイツチング素子をオ
フに保持する誤動作防止回路が設けられたことを
特徴とするモータドライバ。
