ピレン、ポリエステルなどのプラスチツクのフイ
ルム、アルミニウム箔などの金属箔またはそれら
の積層材を使用し、最内層には、シーラント層を
設けておく。蓋材へのプルタブのシールは、ヒートシールや
高周波シールなどにより行なえばよい。エンボス加工は、たとえばピツチ２mm程度の半
球状、円錘状、三角錐状など任意の形状をえらぶ
ことができる。このような小さな凹凸を一面に設
けてもよいし、凹凸を連ねて前記した文字や図形
を描いてもよい。あるいは、文字や図形の輪郭を
凹凸で示してもよく、本考案でいう「エンボス」

ンボス２の場合、こうした文字や図形のずれが生
じなくても、凹凸の深さにちがいが出てくるか
ら、重ね合わせても、もとどおりにはならない。このように、「DRINK」の文字の位置ずれは
避けられないし、再シールしようとしても、プル
タブのエンボスが浅く、蓋材のエンボスはそのま
ま残つているため、密着して再シールできず、液

していた部分のエンボス加工が浅くなつた。蓋材
にプルタブを再度シールしようと試みたところ、
蓋材のエンボス、それに接着していたプルタブの
エンボスとの間に位置のずれが生じ、さらにプル
タブのエンボスが浅く、蓋材のエンボスはそのま
ま残つているため、未開封のように再度封をする
ことはできなかつた。考案の効果飲料容器などに本考案の容器の蓋を使用すれ
ば、容器をいつたん開封した後はその事実が誰の
目にも明らかになる。従つて、容器を開封して内
容物の一部を抜き取つたり、他物を混入したうえ
で、未開封であるかように見せかけることができ
