この考案はコイルスプリングを有するバルブに

(従来の技術)
従来のオイルフイルタのリリーフバルブなどに
コイルスプリングを有するバルブが用いられてい
る。このようなバルブは流入口と流出口を設けた
バルブケース内に弁体とコイルスプリングが収容
され、コイルスプリングの一端に弁体が載せら
れ、他端は流出口のまわりに据えられて弁体を流
入口に押付けている。従つて流出口、流入口間の
流体の差圧が大きくなるとコイルスプリングが圧
縮され線間が密着して流路を遮断してしまう。こ
の対策として実開昭55−20735号に開示されてい
るように弁体とコイルスプリングの間に、通路を
有する弁体受を配設して、コイルが密着しても弁
体受によつて流体流路が確保されるようにした例
がある。また実開昭58−195161号に開示されてい
るように流体流路となるスリツトを設けた筒状の
ストツパをコイルの内側に配設し、ストツパで弁
体を支えてその移動量を制限し、コイルの密着を

は全開となるときの圧力、流量、バルブ内の圧力
損失などの諸元が所望の条件を満足しなければな
らないものである。しかし従来のもののように弁
体受やストツパが存在すると、これらの部材が上
記諸元に与える影響を総合的に考えなければなら
ないから、所期の機能を果たさせるための設計計
