In the conventional ventilation fan as mentioned above, ventilation fan 3
is all stored inside Bellmouth 5, so
The noise is high and the exhaust performance is significantly reduced. In addition, the oil receiving frame 4 is removable together with the bell mouth 5, and in order to make the ventilation fan high static pressure, it is preferable to reduce the gap between the bell mouth 5 and the fan 3. There have been problems such as it is difficult to maintain a constant gap between the fan 3 and the fan 3.

This invention is a ventilation fan that has a ventilation fan body frame, a ventilation fan, a bell mouth, an oil scattering prevention frame, and an oil reservoir, and in order to achieve the above purpose, a bell is integrated with the ventilation fan body frame in the center of the ventilation fan body frame. A mouse is provided, a motor is installed on the back of the ventilation fan body frame via the mounting foot, a ventilation fan is attached to the motor shaft of the motor so as to be located in the center of the bell mouth, and the front end of the ventilation fan is attached to the ventilation fan body frame. An oil scattering prevention frame is removably attached to the ventilation fan body frame so as to protrude forward from the front surface, surround the body frame, and protrude beyond the front surface of the body frame, and the oil scattering prevention frame Attach the oil reservoir to the lower frame, and calculate the b/a ratio when the distance between the front of the ventilation fan body frame and the front end of the ventilation fan is a, and the distance between the front of the ventilation fan body frame and the front of the oil scattering prevention frame is b. b/c when 0.5 or more and 1.2 or less, and c is the distance from the outer diameter of the ventilation fan to the outer periphery of the oil scattering prevention frame.
The ratio is 0.9 or less. [Function] In the ventilation fan according to this invention, since the bell mouth is provided integrally with the central part of the ventilation fan body frame, it is possible to maintain a constant gap between the bell mouth and the ventilation fan. Moreover, since the front end of the ventilation fan is made to project forward from the ventilation fan main body frame, it is possible to draw in air from the outer periphery of the ventilation fan.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of this invention. In the figures, 7 is a ventilation fan main body frame, and a bell mouth 8 is integrally provided in the center of the main body frame 7.
are fixed to the wall 9 with bolts or the like through the mounting holes 7a at the four corners. Reference numeral 10 denotes a motor having mounting feet 11, and the motor 10 is installed by connecting the mounting feet 11 to a foot mounting base 12 fixed to the back surface of the main body frame 7 by welding with bolts 13 or the like. 14 is a ventilation fan attached to the motor shaft with a spinner 15,
The fan 14 is attached to the bell mouth 8 with a small gap f, and the front end of the fan 14 is attached to the bell mouth 8.
It protrudes forward from. 16 is an oil scattering prevention frame, and a folding flange 17 is provided on the front surface of the frame 16. The oil scattering prevention frame 16 is attached to its hook portion 1.
8 is engaged with the engaging portion 19 of the ventilation fan main body frame 7, surrounds the main body frame 7, and is attached so as to protrude forward from the front surface of the main body frame 7. 20 is a protective guard attached to the oil scattering prevention frame 16, and 21 is a removable oil reservoir attached to the lower part of the oil scattering prevention frame 16 with screws 22.

Figure 3 shows the characteristics of the oil scattering prevention frame 16, where the horizontal axis is the b/a ratio, where a is the ventilation fan main frame 7.
b is the distance between the front surface of the ventilation fan main body frame 7 and the front surface of the oil scattering prevention frame 16. The vertical axis is the adhesion rate q (%) of oil to the oil scattering prevention frame 16, and this q indicates [amount adhered to the oil scattering prevention frame/amount adhered to the oil scattering prevention frame + unrecovered amount] . Therefore, as is clear from the above characteristics, the b/a ratio is preferably 0.5 or more and 1.2 or less.

Figure 4 shows the noise characteristics of the fan.
The horizontal axis is the b/c ratio, where c is the distance from the outer diameter of the fan 14 to the outer periphery of the oil scattering prevention frame 16;
The vertical axis shows the noise increase value (d B ). This shows that a b/c ratio of 0.9 or less can reduce fan noise.

Another aspect of this invention is that the length g of the flange 17 of the oil scattering prevention frame 16 is set to a value sufficient to prevent the adhered oil remaining on the lower frame from spilling over the folded flange 17 to the front side, for example, 3 mm or more. Not only does it improve the recovery of scattered oil, but it also eliminates the wind noise characteristic of edges, which contributes to a reduction in noise. A gap e is provided along the entire circumference between the inner circumferential surface of the oil scattering prevention frame 16 and the outer circumferential surface of the main body frame 7 to prevent transmission of vibrations and to improve ease of assembly.

As explained above, this idea is to install a bell mouth in the center of the ventilation fan body frame, install the motor on the back of the ventilation fan body frame via the mounting foot, and position the motor shaft at the center of the bell mouth. Attach the ventilation fan so that the front end of the ventilation fan has a bell mouth and protrude further forward than the front of the ventilation fan main body frame, and set the distance between the front of the main body frame and the front end of the ventilation fan to be a. Since the b/a ratio is set to 0.5 or more and 1.2 or less, where b is the distance between the front surface of the oil scattering prevention frame and the front surface of the oil scattering prevention frame, the following effects can be achieved.
