(Prior Art) Conventionally, in the case of a tank for oil-filled equipment, for example, a tank for an oil-filled transformer, a large number of heat radiation fins are formed on the outer periphery of the tank side wall, and an upper frame having a flange portion at the upper end is attached to the tank side wall. There is a structure in which the upper end is joined by welding and a lid is attached to the flange of this upper frame. In this case, the tank side wall is designed to reduce the amount of insulating oil stored inside the tank. In order to be able to provide heat dissipation fins also at the corners, the corners are formed in an arc shape. This will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 5 to 7. That is, the fifth
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a generally rectangular tank side wall with four arcuate corners, a large number of heat dissipation fins 2 are formed on the outer periphery of the tank side wall 1, and a bottom plate 3 is joined to the lower end by welding. Reference numeral 4 denotes an upper frame joined to the upper end of the tank side wall 1 by welding, and this is formed into an arc shape with four corners corresponding to the four corners of the tank side wall 1, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. It is composed of a vertical plate part 5 having a short rectangular cylindrical shape and a flange part 6 welded outward from the upper end of this vertical plate part 5 at a substantially right angle, and has an inverted L-shape in cross section as a whole. ing. In this case, the flange portion 6 is the vertical plate portion 5.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional configuration as described above, the corners of the flange portion 6 of the upper frame 4 are separated by the long side 6a and the short side 6b.
Since the corner portions 6c and 6c are joined by welding at the joint portion 6d, there is a problem that distortion is likely to occur due to the heat during welding, and it takes a lot of effort to correct this distortion. Furthermore, even if the provisional ordinance is revised, it is necessary to weld the flange part 6 itself to the upper end of the vertical plate part 5 over its entire circumference, which makes it difficult to maintain the flatness of the flange part 6 and reduce the airtightness of the tank. There was a problem that it could not be maintained.

First, in Fig. 1, 11 is the side wall of the tank,
This is constructed by welding multiple corrugated heat sinks, which are made by bending a thin steel plate into a wave shape to form a large number of protrusions, and each protrusion is welded by arc welding after the upper and lower edges are pressed together by squeezing etc. Numerous heat dissipation fins 1 through which insulating oil enters and exits the interior by sealing with
It is formed in 2. The tank side wall 11 has a rectangular cylindrical shape as a whole, consisting of an arcuate corner 11a, continuous linear long sides 11b, and short sides 11c. 13 is a bottom plate joined to the lower end of the tank side wall 11 by welding. 14 is an upper frame consisting of a long frame 15, a short frame 16 and a corner plate 17 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and this will be explained below.

The long frame 15 is a member having an inverted L-shape in cross section, consisting of a vertical portion 15a and a horizontal portion 15b, and its length corresponds to the length of the tank side wall 11 in the longitudinal direction. Slanted edge portions 15c are formed at both ends of the vertical portion 15a by cutting them diagonally, so that the length of the lower end of the vertical portion 15a corresponds to the long side portion 11b of the tank side wall 11. I'm starting to do that. The short frame 16 is a member having an inverted L-shape in cross section from the vertical part 16a and the horizontal part 16b, the length of the vertical part 16a corresponds to the length of the tank side wall 11 in the lateral direction, and both ends of the horizontal part 16b are Vertical part 1
It protrudes from 6a by the width dimension of the horizontal portion 15b of the long frame 15. Then, at both ends of the vertical portion 16a, inclined edges 1 are formed by cutting the vertical portions diagonally.
6c is formed, thereby vertical portion 16a
The length of the lower end corresponds to the short side 11c of the tank side wall 11. This short frame 16 is joined to the long frame 15 by welding so that the upper surface of the horizontal portion 16b is flush with the horizontal portion 15b of the long frame 15, and the corners thereof form a right angle. The corner plate 17 has a substantially triangular shape, and the lower end 17a is connected to the tank side wall 1.
It is curved into an arc shape corresponding to the corner 11a of the frame 1, and both sides 17b are joined to the inclined edge 15c of the long frame 15 and the inclined edge 16c of the short frame 16 by welding, respectively. And this upper frame 14 is the long frame 1
The lower end of 5 corresponds to the long side 11b of the tank side wall 11, the lower end of the short frame 16 corresponds to the short side 11c of the tank side wall 11, and the corner plate 17 corresponds to the corner 11a of the tank side wall 11. Its lower end is joined to the upper end of the tank side wall 11 by welding. As a result, the horizontal portion 15b of the long frame 15 and the horizontal portion 16b of the short frame 16 are connected to the flange portion 1 of the upper frame 14.
form 8. Reference numeral 19 denotes a lid that is airtightly attached to the upper surface of the flange portion 18 via a gasket 20.

According to this embodiment configured in this way, the upper frame 1
The flange portion 18 of No. 4 is constructed by simply welding the long frame 15 and the short frame 16, so that the corners of the flange portion 6 are the long side portion 6a, the short side portion 6b, and the corner portion 6c.
The number of welding points can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional structure in which these three parts are welded together at the joint part 6d, and these parts are welded to the vertical plate part 5. As a result, the flatness of the flange portion 18 can be ensured, and the airtightness between the upper frame 14 and the lid body 19 can also be maintained.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the above embodiment in that the long frame 15 and the short frame 16 have sloped edges 15c and 16c at both ends instead of the vertical parts 15a and 16a. Vertical part 1 without formation
5'a and 16'a, and the vertical part 15'a
The lower end portions of the vertical portions 15′a and 16′a are curved in an arc shape to correspond to the corners 11a of the tank side wall 11, and the end edge portions 15d of the vertical portions 15′a and the end edges 16d of the vertical portions 16′a are The upper frame 14' is joined by butt welding.
According to this embodiment, the welding length is further shortened.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides a tank side wall whose corners are arcuate, and whose lower end corners have an arcuate shape corresponding to the corners of the tank side wall. The lower end of the upper frame, which has square corners of the flange at the upper end, is joined to the upper end of the tank side wall by welding, etc., so the flatness of the flange can be easily ensured and airtightness can be maintained. This effect is achieved.
