The technique of forming a concavo-convex pattern on the bottom surface has been known for a long time. The mold structure is shown.

Furthermore, if the bottom mold is lowered straight down after molding, it is not possible to mold the pattern on the sides of the bottom, so in these conventional molds, the bottom mold can be divided vertically; The mechanism and the opening/closing mechanism for the bottom mold had to be provided independently, resulting in a complicated structure, large size, and heavy weight. Furthermore, when molding glassware using such a round-blowing mold, the blowing pressure is set higher than usual in order to reliably form the uneven pattern on the bottom. For this reason, the parison rotates while being strongly pressed against the surface of the finishing mold, which has the disadvantage that ring-shaped streaks are likely to occur on the body.

It has a thermal conductivity of about hr·m, and the air permeability in particular needs to be within this range. When the air permeability is below this range, ring-shaped streaks are likely to occur because sufficient moisture cannot be absorbed. On the other hand, when the air permeability is above this range, the moisture content becomes excessive and the glass surface is cooled. , a beautiful finished surface cannot be obtained. Note that the vertical groove 2 is carbon 1
This is to form a preferable steam cushion layer by appropriately discharging a large amount of water vapor generated when b comes into contact with hot glass to the outside.

The lower end of the inner piston rod 5 extends through the lower end of the cylinder 3 and is provided with a washer 7 for limiting the upward stroke of the piston rod 5. Further, the outer piston rod 6 has its lower end fixed to a piston 8, and when this piston 8 moves downward, it engages with the stepped portion 5a of the inner piston rod 5 and moves the piston rods 5, 6.
lower both. However, when the piston 8 moves upward, the inner piston rod 5 is prevented from rising when the washer 7 hits the lower end of the cylinder 3, but even after that, the piston 8 continues to rise several millimeters along with the outer piston rod 5. The structure is such that it is possible to do so. Therefore, the strokes of the inner and outer piston rods 5 and 6 are slightly larger on the outer side.

The head 9 has a structure in which a bottom mold 10 is attached to its upper surface, and is provided with a plurality of (for example, four) protrusions toward the outer periphery. , 11 are supported by pins 12, 12 so as to be openable and closable in a vertical plane. When these split body molds 11, 11 are closed as shown in Fig. 1, they fit into the bottom mold 10 to form a cavity for molding the lower part of the glassware, and the inner peripheral surface thereof has irregularities. A pattern portion 13 is formed.
On the other hand, a barrel-shaped opening/closing member 15 is also rotatably supported at the end of the outer piston rod 6 via a ball bearing 14. This body type opening/closing member 15 has a shape in which the upper tip part is divided into spider-like arms 16, and each arm 16 is connected to the outer part of each of the divided body types 11, 11 described above, a long hole 17, and a pin 18. engaged by. As a result, head 9
On the other hand, if the trunk mold opening/closing member 15 rises, each divided trunk mold 11, 11 closes as shown in FIG. 1, and if the trunk mold opening/closing member 15 descends, each divided trunk mold 11,
It will open as shown in the figure. In addition, in the closed state as shown in FIG. 1, the pin 18 is located above the pin 12, and there is no risk of opening even if force in the opening direction is applied to the split barrel molds 11, 11 due to blow pressure during molding. It is designed to constitute a toggle mechanism. Reference numeral 19 is a spring provided between the head 9 and the body type opening/closing member 15, and this spring 19 has the role of maintaining the smoothness of the bearing and when the internal pressure of the cylinder 3 is released. It has the role of pushing down 15 to open the split barrel molds 11, 11.

まで降下し、1サイクルを終了する。(Function) With this structure, when compressed air is supplied from the air inlet 20 at the bottom of the cylinder 3, both the inner and outer piston rods 5 and 6 rise together with the piston 8 as described above, but first the inner piston rods 5 and 6 rise. The piston rod 5 is stopped from rising by the washer 7, and is in the state shown in FIG. Thereafter, the piston 8 further rises slightly together with the outer piston rod 6, which causes the barrel-shaped opening/closing member 15 to rise relative to the head 9. The outer portions of the molds 11, 11 are pushed up and closed as shown in FIG. 1, and come into contact with the lower surface of the carbon mold 1. In this state, the parison supported by the rotating neck ring is blown inside the carbon mold 1 supplied with water, but when the bottom of the parison comes into contact with the bottom mold 10 and the split body molds 11, 11, these molds are Both are rotatably supported by the upper ends of the piston rods 5 and 6, so they rotate following the parison due to the rotational force of the parison, and the upper part of the body is blown by the carbon mold 1, and the lower part of the body is rotated from the bottom to the bottom part of the body. Split body type 1 in the spanning part
1 and 11 and the bottom mold 10, an uneven pattern is formed. At this time, the parison is divided into body molds 11 and 1.
In order to reliably enter the inside of the uneven pattern part 13 etc. of 1, the blow pressure is set higher than in the case of normal rotary blow molding, but in the present invention, the blow pressure is set to 1 × 10 -2
Since the carbon mold 1 in which carbon 1b with an air permeability of ~6×10 -2 (cm 2 cm/cm 2 seconds cmH 2 O) is inserted is used, this carbon 1b contains an appropriate amount of water, When it comes into contact with hot glass, it generates a large amount of water vapor and forms a cushion layer between it and the glass. As a result, the glass surface comes into direct contact with the carbon mold 1 and is beautifully rotary-blown without forming ring-shaped streaks. After completing the rotary blow molding in this way, first open the carbon mold 1 and press the cylinder 3.
When the air pressure inside is released, the body opening/closing member 15 is pushed down by the elastic force of the spring 19, and the divided body molds 11, 11 are opened. Next, if compressed air is supplied from the air inlet 21 at the top of the cylinder, the piston 8 will simultaneously lower the inner piston rod 5 and the outer piston rod 6, so that the bottom mold 1
The entire body including 0 falls to the position shown by the dashed line in FIG. 2, completing one cycle.

に寄与するところは極めて大である。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, since the rotary blow molding mold of the present invention is equipped with a rotatable bottom mold and a split body mold, an uneven pattern can be formed not only on the bottom but also on the lower part of the body. It is possible to easily form glassware with a smooth surface by round-blowing on the upper part of the body. Further, in the present invention, since a carbon mold having the above-mentioned characteristics is used, even when the blowing pressure is increased, circular blowing without ring-shaped streaks can be achieved. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the entire bottom mold etc. can be raised and lowered and the split body molds can be opened and closed using a single cylinder, the apparatus can be made more compact and lightweight. Furthermore, if a toggle mechanism is employed as in the embodiment, a beautiful glassware can be formed without the split barrel mold opening due to blow pressure and without the glass protruding from the seam. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry as a mold for rotary blow molding that eliminates the problems of the conventional molds.
