Abstract
Description
この発明は、円環状変成器本体の中空部に1次導体を貫
通させ、その各端部をU字状に折り曲げて外部に引き出

取付板21に対して固定する。
別の従来例について、その斜視図である第7図を参照し
ながら説明する。同図において、円環状の変成器本体3
2はモールド31に埋め込まれる。このモールド31の
中心部には、変成器本体32の中空部を貫通する形で貫
通穴33があけられ、この貫通穴33に、図示してない
1次導体が貫通して取り付けられる。モールド31の一

変成器本体の放熱が悪くなり、温度上昇による劣化の危
険がある。
この発明の課題は、従来の技術がもつ以上の問題点を解
消し、変成器本体の中空部を貫通する1次導体の保持を
、これに無理な力を加えないで、また変成器本体の放熱
が良い状態で、しかも簡単な構造によって実現するよう

てなり、前記1次導体は、前記スペーサの方形溝と、前
記保持具の溝とを経て、前記変成器本体の表面に沿って
U字状に折り曲げられ、このU字の各脚部が外方に伸び
る。
第2発明に係る貫通形変成器は、
取付板の一方の表面に接して置かれる円環状変成器本体

たその近傍に底部があり半径方向に伸びる方形溝2aを
それぞれもつ。
第3図は保持具4に関し、同図(a)はその正面図、同
図(b)は同しくその側断面図である。同図において、
保持具3はほぼ独楽状をなし、中心部に有底のネジ穴4
bを、また外周面の軸線方向に溝4aをそれぞれもつ。
第1図に戻り、この第1実施例では、変成器本体3の中
空部に1次導体5をU字状に折り曲げて貫通させ、この
状態の変成器本体3を、スペーサ2を介して取付板1の
一方の側に置く。なお、このときスペーサ2の方形溝2
aに1次導体5の一方の脚部を挿入、保持させる。次に
、変成器本体3の中空部に保持具4を嵌挿し、1次導体
5のU字の底部を、溝4aに挿入、保持させるようにす
る。終わりに、ネジ6によって、取付板1.スペーサ2
.変成器本体3および保持具4を一体的に締結する。
したがって、1次導体5に無理な力を加ねえることなく
、これを保持することができ、全体的に確実、かつ安定
した固定がおこなえる。しかも、取付板1の一方の側に
、変成器本体3と1次導体5とを配置できるから、取扱
い上で便利である。
もちろん、変成器本体3の放熱も良い。また、取付板1
を導電材料にすることによって、変成器本体3.1次導
体5に対する電磁遮蔽効果をもたせることができる。
第2の発明に係る貫通形変成器の実施例(以下、第2実
施例という)について、以下に図面を参照しながら説明
する。第4図は第2実施例の側断面図である。同図にお
いて、11は取付板、13は円環状の変成器本体、14
は回転体状保持具、15は1次導体、16は1次導体1
5の端部に固着された圧着端子、17はネジ、18はナ
ツトである。
取付板11.変成器本体13.保持具14は、これに貫
通されたネジ17と、対応するナツト18とによって一
体的に締結される。なお、この締結のとき、ネジ17の
頭部の段差部と、取付板11の表面との間、および保持
具14の表面と、ナツトI8との間に、それぞれ1次導
体15が、圧着端子16を介して挿入4固定される。第
5図は第2実施例の中心部の背面図(左側から見た図)
で、ネジエフの頭部で1次導体15の圧着端子16が固
定されることを示す。
ここで、左右の各1次導体15とネジ17とによって、
変成器本体13の中空部を貫通した一つの完全なU字状
1火導体が構成される。その意味では、各1次導体15
は、名称は1次導体であるが、役割的には1次導体を構
成する部品の−っである。
第2実施例においては、各1次導体15は、無理な力を
加わえることなく、確実な固定をおこなうことができる
。また、変成器本体13には、その中空部にネジエフを
貫通させるだけでよいから、その小形化が図れる。もち

接続されて、変成器の中空部を貫通するネジ体とともに
