弾性マツトに加圧される流体圧の大きさを調整す
ることにより、弾性マツトの振幅を調節できるよ

は更に種々の設計変更が考えられるのであつて、
例えば上記実施例は空気圧により弾性マツトを振
動させるものを例にとつて説明したが、オイルな
どの流体により弾性マツトを加圧して振動させて
もよく、また加圧部としてはピストン型ポンプ等
