Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 寸法の異なる複数の試験片へ交互に超音波
    を入射し厚さ測定の校正を行う超音波厚さ計にお
    いて、 上記試験片毎の厚さならびにその許容値を示す
    基準信号を発生する基準器と、上記試験片を測定
    した厚さ信号と当該基準信号を照合し許容値内に
    あることを判定する判定手段と、試験片の基準厚
    さと測定厚さとより当該測定に係わる設定器の設
    定値を変更する変更手段と、上記の動作指令を順
    次出力するシーケンス回路とを備え厚さ校正が自
    動的に行えることを特徴とする超音波厚さ計。 (2) 試験片は測定レンジの最大ならびに最小寸
    法に近似した寸法よりなる請求項１記載の超音波
    厚さ計。 (3) 設定器は音速設定器ならびにゼロ設定器よ
    りなる請求項１記載の超音波厚さ計。
