ブロツク図、第４図は第３図を説明するための波
形図であり、図において１は半導体送信機、２は
送受切換器、３は空中線、４は可変減衰器、５は
低雑音増幅器、６は受信機、７は移相器、８は送
信系カツプラ、９は受信系カツプラである。なお
、図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示すもの
とする。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーダ装置の電波を発生する半導体送信機
    とこの出力信号が入力され、２つの出力端子をも
    つ送信系カツプラと、送信時にはこの送信系カツ
    プラの出力信号を入力し空中線へ出力し、受信時
    には、空中線からのレーダ受信信号を入力し、受
    信系カツプラへ出力する送受切換器と、上記受信
    系カツプラの出力信号を入力し、低雑音増幅器へ
    出力する可変減衰器と、上記低雑音増幅器の出力
    信号を入力し、レーダ装置の信号処理に必要な信
    号を作り出す受信機と、上記送信系カツプラのも
    う一つの出力信号を入力し、上記受信系カツプラ
    のもう一つの入力端子へ信号を出力する移相器と
    で構成したことを特徴とするレーダ装置。 (2) レーダ装置の電波を発生する半導体送信機
    と、レーダ信号を受信し、その受信信号を移相器
    へ出力する空中線と、送信時は上記半導体送信機
    の出力信号を上記移相器を経由して空中線へ送り
    出し、受信時には上記移相器の出力信号すなわち
    受信信号を可変減衰器へ送り出す送受切換器と、
    上記可変減衰器の出力信号を入力が入力される低
    雑音増幅器と、この低雑音増幅器の出力信号を入
    力し、レーダ装置の信号処理に必要な信号を作り
    出す受信機とで構成したことを特徴としたレーダ
    装置。
