ーを送る送風手段とを具備するマイクロ波無電極
発光装置において、 上記空胴壁および上記誘電体ミラーに、上記エ
アーの通過用の通孔を複数形成すると共に上記ア
ンテナの貫通用の通孔を形成し、且つ上記誘電体
ミラーの上記アンテナ貫通用の通孔の上記アンテ
ナ部分を除く面積を上記誘電体ミラーの上記エア
ー通過用の通孔の面積の9〜19倍に設定したこ
