Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発光材料が封入された棒状の無電極発光管と、
該無電極発光管が配置されるマイクロ波空胴を構
成する空胴壁と、上記無電極発光管から発生する
紫外線を本来の照射方向に反射させる誘電体ミラ
ーと、マイクロ波発生手段と、該マイクロ波発生
手段で発生したマイクロ波を伝送する導波管と、
該導波管内のマイクロ波を上記空胴壁および上記
誘電体ミラーを貫通して上記無電極発光管に結合
するアンテナと、上記無電極発光管の冷却用エア
ーを送る送風手段とを具備するマイクロ波無電極
発光装置において、 上記空胴壁および上記誘電体ミラーに、上記エ
アーの通過用の通孔を複数形成すると共に上記ア
ンテナの貫通用の通孔を形成し、且つ上記誘電体
ミラーの上記アンテナ貫通用の通孔の上記アンテ
ナ部分を除く面積を上記誘電体ミラーの上記エア
ー通過用の通孔の面積の９〜１９倍に設定したこ
とを特徴とするマイクロ波無電極発光装置。
