ロンに高圧を印加する高圧トランスとを具備し、 上記電源スイツチをオンするとき上記励起スイ
ツチがオンで、上記電源スイツチのオンから第1
の時間を経過した後に上記高圧スイツチをオンに
し、上記高圧スイツチのオンから第2の時間を経
過した後に上記励起スイツチをオフにし、上記高
圧スイツチのオフと連動して上記励起スイツチを
オンにするよう制御するコントローラを設けたこ
