空ポンプ21の運転も、過酸化水素の送り込みも

本考案の過酸化水素を使用する滅菌装置は、以
上に述べた通り構成され作用する為、滅菌作業の

十分に保持して、耐熱性のない被滅菌物の滅菌処
理を、障害発生の恐れなく、しかも面倒な乾燥行

Claims (1)
器と、この滅菌容器内を加温するヒータと、両
端を上記滅菌容器に接続し、途中に送気フアン
と第一の開閉弁と気化器とを、上流側から順番
に設けた送気管と、上記気化器に液状の過酸化
水素を、所望量だけ送り込む為の供給手段と、
上記送気管の途中で、上記第一の開閉弁と気化
器との間に一端を接続し、途中に第二の開閉弁
を設けた吸気管と、上記送気管の途中で、上記
送気フアンと第一の開閉弁との間に一端を接続
し、途中に第三の開閉弁を設けた排気管とから
成り、上記供給手段により上記気化器に液状の
過酸化水素を、間欠的に供給する、過酸化水素
を使用する滅菌装置。 (2) 被滅菌物を収納した状態で密閉自在な滅菌容
器と、この滅菌容器内を加温するヒータと、こ
の滅菌容器内に設けられ、滅菌容器内の気体を
攪拌する攪拌フアンと、一端を上記滅菌容器に
接続し、他端に気化器を設けた第二の送気管
と、上記気化器に液状の過酸化水素を、所望量
だけ送り込む為の供給手段と、一端を上記滅菌
容器に接続した吸気管と、一端を上記滅菌容器
に接続し、途中に排気フアンを設けた排気管と
から成り、上記供給手段により上記気化器に液
状の過酸化水素を、間欠的に供給する、過酸化
水素を使用する滅菌装置。 (3) 被滅菌物を収納した状態で密閉自在な滅菌容
器と、この滅菌容器内を加温するヒータと、一
端を上記滅菌容器に接続し、途中に、滅菌容器
の側から順番に、気化器と第四の開閉弁とを設
けた第三の送気管と、上記気化器に液状の過酸
化水素を、所望量だけ送り込む為の供給手段
と、一端を上記滅菌容器に接続し、途中に第五
の開閉弁と真空ポンプとを設けた排気管とから
成り、上記供給手段により上記気化器に液状の
過酸化水素を、間欠的に供給する、過酸化水素

(2) A sterilization apparatus that uses hydrogen peroxide, comprising a sterilization container that can be sealed while containing the object to be sterilized, a heater for heating the inside of the sterilization container, a stirring fan provided within the sterilization container for stirring the gas within the sterilization container, a second air supply pipe having one end connected to the sterilization container and the other end provided with a vaporizer, a supply means for sending a desired amount of liquid hydrogen peroxide to the vaporizer, an intake pipe having one end connected to the sterilization container, and an exhaust pipe having one end connected to the sterilization container and provided with an exhaust fan midway, wherein liquid hydrogen peroxide is intermittently supplied to the vaporizer by the supply means. (3) A sterilization apparatus that uses hydrogen peroxide, comprising: a sterilization container that can be sealed while containing an object to be sterilized; a heater for heating the inside of the sterilization container; a third air supply pipe connected to the sterilization container at one end and having, in order from the sterilization container, a vaporizer and a fourth on-off valve midway; a supply means for sending a desired amount of liquid hydrogen peroxide to the vaporizer; and an exhaust pipe connected to the sterilization container at one end and having a fifth on-off valve and a vacuum pump midway, wherein liquid hydrogen peroxide is intermittently supplied to the vaporizer by the supply means.
