Therefore, the coating device for a building exterior wall groove according to this invention includes a box that can move the front surface of a groove vertically formed in the exterior wall of a building while being guided by the groove, and a case that can paint the inner surface of the groove. a spray gun mounted on the box, and a spray gun having a shape similar to the cross-sectional shape of the groove, and mounted on the upper and lower parts of the box above and below the spray gun mounting position of the box. It contacts the inner surface of the unpainted part of the groove on the front side in the direction of movement of the box, and moves with the case with a gap between the inner surface of the painted part of the groove on the rear side in the direction of movement of the case. At least one partition plate.

While moving the box along the front surface of a groove vertically formed on the exterior wall of a building, a coating device paints the inner surface of the groove. The partition plate on the front side in the direction of movement of the box moves with the case while contacting the inner surface of the unfinished part of the groove, so the sprayed paint mist is reliably prevented from scattering, and the partition plate on the rear side in the direction of movement of the box moves with the case. Since the partition plate moves with the box with a gap between it and the inner surface of the already installed part of the groove, it almost certainly prevents paint mist from scattering, and also prevents the occurrence of scratches on the painted inner surface. Peeling of the film is prevented.

Note that the coating device including the box 3 can be guided by the conveyor 4 into the groove 2 and moved in the vertical direction, but in the embodiment described here, the coating work is performed when the box 3 is raised. It is something. (It is also possible to perform the painting work when the box 3 is lowered, but this will be described later.) As shown in Figures 1 to 4 (particularly Figure 2),
The box 3 has a box center part 3a in the center part in the vertical direction.

On the other hand, when painting is carried out while the painting device is raised, the painting has already been completed in the lower part of the groove 2 where paint is sprayed from the spray gun 5, that is, on the rear side in the direction of movement. The second partition plates 8 to 11 substantially, but not completely, prevent the mist from leaking downward and scattering.
The gap between the inner surface of the groove 2 and the second partition plate 8 to 11 is set so that even if the box 3 shakes while rising, the second partition plates 8 to 11 do not come into contact with the inner surface of the groove 2, which has been painted. In the above-described embodiment, the painting is performed when the painting device is moved up along the groove of the outer wall of the building by the conveyor, but the painting may be performed when the painting device is lowered. In this case, the box is attached to the top of the carrier, and the first partition plate, which is arranged so that there is no gap between the two and the groove, is located at the front side in the direction of movement of the box relative to the installation position of the spray gun. The second partition plate, which is fixed to the lower part of a certain box and is arranged with a gap from the groove, is fixed to the upper part of the box which is on the rear side in the moving direction of the box from the mounting position of the spray gun. The slope and through-hole for collecting the mist are formed in the lower first partition plate.

In addition, the first partition plate has two pieces, and the second partition plate has four pieces.
Although the number of partition plates is shown as two, the number of partition plates is not limited to this, and an appropriate number of partition plates may be used as long as the scattering of mist is prevented. In particular, the number of second partition plates is increased as the vibration of the box increases and the gap becomes larger.

As explained above, the coating device for a building exterior wall groove according to the present invention includes a box that is movable along the front surface of a groove formed in the vertical direction on the exterior wall of a building while being guided by the groove; a spray gun attached to the box so as to be able to paint the inner surface; an upper part of the box and a box having a shape similar to the cross-sectional shape of the groove and above and below the spray gun mounting position of the box; Attached to the bottom of the box, it contacts the inner surface of the unpainted part of the groove on the front side in the direction of movement of the box, and leaves a gap on the inner surface of the painted part of the groove on the rear side in the direction of movement of the box. Since the construction is equipped with at least one partition plate that moves with the body, it is possible to automatically paint the inner surfaces of narrow and long grooves on the exterior walls of buildings, reducing work at heights and quickly. Not only can a high-quality coating be obtained, but also the scattering of mist can be more reliably prevented on the front side in the direction of movement of the box and almost certainly on the rear side in the direction of movement of the box. The effect is that no scratches or peeling of the paint film will occur on the inner surface of the groove.
