However, with the conventional water injection device for core bits shown in Fig. 4, each time water is supplied into the diamond core bit 2, the tedious task of holding the rotary tool 1 or the core bit 2 upward with one hand is required. In addition to being forced to do so, there was a drawback that the water 9 could get into the rotary tool 1 unless the water supply was done carefully. In addition, as a measure to prevent water sprinkling, a waterproof cover 1 is attached to the tip of the rotary tool 1.
0, but according to this method, the bulky and large waterproof cover 10 must be provided as an accessory to the rotary tool 1, and moreover, it is not directly related to the core bit. Attaching and detaching the waterproof cover 10 to the rotary tool 1 is troublesome.

According to the present invention having the above configuration,
The water tank is removably installed inside the body of the core bit, making it easier to supply water to the core bit.
The water tank can be taken out of the core bit and used independently, eliminating the tedious task of holding the rotary tool or core bit upward with one hand every time water is supplied into the core bit, which was the case in the past. Also, there is no need to attach or remove a waterproof cover on a rotary tool part that is not directly related to the core bit, and the workability of supplying water to the core bit is excellent.

Since the water is stored in the core bit through a water tank, a measure to prevent excess water from leaking inside the core bit is to use a press plate equipped with a water-containing elastic body 11, as in the conventional core bit water injection device shown in FIG. It is not necessary to make the outer diameter of the water tank almost the same as the inner diameter of the tip attached to the tip of the core bit 2, but the outer diameter of the water tank can be made smaller than the inner diameter of the tip attached to the tip of the core bit. This prevents the outer edge of the water tank from being worn out prematurely by the chips and concrete powder, and as a result, the life of the water injection member can be greatly improved.

Further, the water tank 3 has a cylindrical shape with bottoms at both ends, and has a bellows portion 4 on its outer periphery that is freely expandable and retractable in the longitudinal direction. The outer diameter of the bellows part 4 is predetermined to a size that allows it to be inserted into and removed from the body of the diamond core bit 2, and the bellows shape of the bellows part 4 is determined in accordance with the drilling depth in the workpiece. Capacity, and even water tank 3

ている。 As shown in FIG. 2, at the bottom of the tip side of the water tank 3, there is one tank water supply hole 6 in the center, which is large enough to relatively easily supply water 9, and around the tank water supply hole 6. The holes 5 are smaller than the tank water supply holes 6, and there are many water injection holes 5 that do not allow water to fall out just by turning the water tank 3 downward, and that the water 9 spews out in the form of a mist only when the internal pressure becomes high. It is formed. Further, a hole closing member 7 is embedded in the tank water supply hole 6 and is detachable using the elastic force of rubber or the like. Furthermore, a guide pin 8 is provided approximately at the center of the hole closing member 7, as shown in FIG. 3, and as shown in FIG. At the same time, an appropriate gap is provided between the two, and at the same time when the bellows part 4 is compressed, the pressure causes mist water 9 to flow from the water injection hole 5.
A guide pin 8 is inserted to make it easier to pour water 9 into the cutting edge portion located at the tip of the diamond core bit 2 along the path shown by the arrow in FIG. 3.

作業を終了する。 In the above configuration, before the diamond core bit 2 performs drilling work on the workpiece, the water tank 3 is first taken out from the body of the diamond core bit 2, and the hole closing member 7 is inserted through the tank water supply hole 6 of the water tank 3. pull out. After that, water is poured into the water tank 3 from the tank water supply hole 6 until it is almost full, and the hole closing member 7 is pushed into the tank water supply hole 6 to close the lid. Note that during this time, the diamond core bit 2 only needs to be left in a predetermined position. Then, the filled water tank 3 is inserted into the diamond core bit 2 again to complete the water supply operation.

Water is gradually poured into the cutting edge portion located at the tip of the diamond core bit 2 from the hole 5 in the form of a mist. The water poured into the cutting edge portion located at the tip of the diamond core bit 2 moistens and cools the cutting edge portion of the core bit 2 and the cutting surface of the workpiece.
