回転に追従して回動するので、円板に着脱自在に設けら
れた含水性弾性体が従来のようにダイヤモンドコアビッ
ト内で回転不能な状態となることがなくなり、表面の損

ット2の内部に装着自在に設けられ、その先端に開口部
7bを有する伸縮自在な水タンク7と、この水タンク7内
の開口部側に設けられ、かつその中央部に穴8を有する
回動自在な円板8と、ダイヤモンドコアビット2の先端
側に円板8と着脱自在に設けられた含水性弾性体5とで
形成した。このようにすることにより従来のように回転
工具1もしくはダイヤモンドコアビット2を手に持たな
くても注水ができ、含水性弾性体5はコンクリートの表
面が凹凸面であっても従来のようにダイヤモンドコアビ
ット2内で回転不能な状態となることがなくなって、注
水が簡便で、かつ長寿命を可能とした穿孔器具の注水装

一度装着してしまえば円板8は蛇腹部7aの内径段差によ
り軸方向に抜けることはなく、かつ蛇腹内径部との適度
な隙間Aにより、回転方向に対しスムーズな動きを与え

脱する。そして円板8の穴8aから水タンク7内にほぼ満
配になるように水を入れたら、再度、含水性弾性体5を
円板8に取付ける。この間ダイヤモンドコアビット2は
所定の位置に置いておくだけで済むので、作業は非常に
楽である。そして再度、水タンク7をダイヤモンドコア
ビット2内に装填して給水作業は終了する。注水作業に
ついては第3図に示されているように、穿孔作業の進行
に合せ、蛇腹部7aが縮んでいき内部圧力が高くなって水
タンク7内の水は円板8の穴8aを通って含水性弾性体5
に運ばれる。含水性弾性体5に注入された水は遠心力の
作用によって先端部からダイヤモンドコアビット2の胴
部内壁に沿って開口部へ送られ、刃先および切削面を湿
