Claims (1)
- 内部に第１通路を有するダイと、該ダイ内部に
挿入固定され、その先端が当該ダイ中の第１通路
の出口側に突出された固定ニツプルと、該固定ニ
ツプルの軸方向の内部中空部に摺動自在に挿入さ
れ、かつ内部軸方向に第２通路を有する可動中空
ニツプルと、該可動中空ニツプル先端に固定され
たニードルの前記固定ニツプルの内部中空部先端
からの進退により形成される開閉弁と、前記可動
中空ニツプルを常時その先端方向に弾性附勢する
弾性体と、前記可動中空ニツプル先端外周と前記
固定ニツプルの内部中空部間に形成される第２通
路の滞留受圧部とからなり、前記第２通路への材
料供給時、当該材料による滞留受圧部での受圧に
より前記開閉弁を自動的に開成し、この第２通路
の材料を前記第１通路の材料中に混合させること
を特徴とする押出機のヘツド部。
