Conventionally, this type of elevator door has been constructed as shown in Figs. 10 and 11. This will be briefly explained based on the figures. Reference numerals 1 and 2 are upper and lower rails extending in the horizontal direction; They are located above and below the entrance/exit. Reference numeral 3 denotes a plate member forming the door surface, which has reinforcing members 4 and 5 at its upper and lower ends, respectively, and is movably provided between the upper and lower rails 1 and 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes a hanging member having an L-shaped cross section, and is fixed to the upper reinforcing member 4 of the reinforcing members 4 and 5, and a hanging wheel 6a rolling on the upper rail 1 is mounted on the entrance/exit side of the hall. It is rotatably provided.
7 is a leg member having an I-shaped cross section, which faces the inside of the plate member 3 and is fixed to the lower reinforcing member 5;
A door wheel 7a that rolls on the lower rail 2 is rotatably provided at the lower end.

However, in conventional elevator doors, the reinforcing members 4 and 5 are fixed to the plate member 3 by welding, and therefore it takes a lot of time to remove the welding distortion that occurs in the plate member 3, making the manufacture of the door complicated. There was a problem. There was also the problem that putty work was required during painting, which increased costs.

Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the main parts of the elevator door according to the present invention, Figs. 2 and 3 are a cross-sectional view and a front view similarly showing the elevator door, and Fig. Identical members are given the same reference numerals, and detailed explanations will be omitted. In the same figure, the reference numeral 21 is a steel plate member that forms the door surface, and by bending it toward the back side and sideways, both ends are formed into a U-shaped cross section, and by bending it toward the back side. The upper end portion is formed into an inverted L-shape in cross section. This bent part 22
and the lateral bent portion 23 are mechanically fixed by a reinforcing member 24 having an L-shaped cross section. This makes it possible to prevent the reinforcing member 4 from deforming due to overload in the conventional examples shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Further, the plate member 21 has a step-shaped lower end portion by bending the plate member 21 toward the back side and upward. This bent portion 25 and the lateral bent portion 23 are mechanically fixed by a reinforcing member 26 formed in a stepped shape having at least an L-shaped cross section. Note that the hanging member 6 is fixed to a reinforcing member 24 above the bending portion 22.

In the elevator door configured in this manner, both ends of the plate member 21 are bent toward the back side and sideways to form a U-shaped cross section, and the upper and lower ends are bent toward the back side to form the upper side. The bent portion 22 and the lateral bent portion 23 and the lower bent portion 25 and the lateral bent portion 23 are mechanically connected by reinforcing members 24 and 26 having at least an L-shaped cross section. Since it is fixed to , the rigidity in the width direction of the door can be increased. Furthermore, since the door can be manufactured without using welding techniques, a painted plate can be used as the plate member 21 when assembling the door.

In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the lower end of the plate member 21 is bent toward the back side and upward, but the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. In this case, the reinforcing member 31 may be simply bent and formed on the back side.
As in the embodiment, a step-shaped one is used. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the lower reinforcing member 32 may be simply formed into an L-shaped cross section, and its shape may be changed as appropriate. In this case, the leg member 33 is attached to the reinforcing member 32.

As explained above, according to the present invention, there is provided a plate member that is movably provided between the upper and lower rails extending in the horizontal direction and forms the door surface, and the both ends of this plate member are moved toward the back side and the side. By bending it, it is formed into a U-shaped cross section, and at least one end of the upper and lower ends is bent toward the back side, and this bent portion and the sideward bent portion are formed at least in cross section L.
Since it is mechanically fixed using a reinforcing member having a shape, rigidity in the width direction of the door can be ensured.
This eliminates the need for putty work during painting, which was previously required, and reduces costs. Also,
Since welding technology is not used to manufacture the door as in the past, there is no need to remove welding distortion from the plate members, making the door extremely easy to manufacture.
