材の破損を生ずることも多かつた。 However, conventional bedded elastic sleepers are made of concrete sleepers with a regular rectangular cross section and a thickness of 15 to 25 mm.
Since the structure is covered with elastic material of 1.5 mm in diameter, a large amount of expensive elastic material is required to cover the entire area, and the exposed part on the top of the concrete sleeper is easily damaged during track maintenance work. Ta. In addition, if the covering is stopped midway, it is inevitable that a step will occur at the end of the elastic material, and as the sleeper moves up and down when a train passes, the crushed stones of the roadbed diagonally above the step will be removed. This resulted in friction and wear, which caused the quality of the track bed to deteriorate. Furthermore, during track bed compaction, which is essential for track maintenance work, the tip of the working machine often impacts these elastic covering materials, causing damage to the elastic materials.

2を被覆することによつて完成する。 The elastic sleeper with track bed according to the present invention will be explained according to the drawings. Figure 1 is an overall view of the elastic sleeper with a track bed. Figure 2 shows a concrete sleeper 1 having notches 3 on the lower side and end faces of the concrete sleeper, and as shown in the cross-sectional view in Figure 3, it is made of polyurethane, liquid polyptadiene, and liquid chloroprene synthetic resins. In addition, the material is synthetic rubber latex, etc., and if necessary, fillers such as rubber powder recycled from waste tires, foamed plastic particles, calcined minerals, and artificial aggregate are mixed in to reduce the cost, and to ensure elasticity. It is completed by covering the foamed elastic material 2.

A notch 3 is provided on the side and end face of the lower part of the concrete sleeper, and this part is vertically covered, and the bottom of the concrete sleeper is covered horizontally with the elastic material 2 in a box-like manner. The surface of the end face is formed smoothly by removing steps, which prevents abrasion of the trackbed crushed stones and avoids damage during track maintenance work.

The depth of the notch may be 5 to 20 mm, more preferably 10 to 15 mm. In addition, the thickness of the bottom needs to be thick in order to ensure sufficient elasticity without damaging the track bed, and from an economic point of view it is desirable to make it thinner. Preferably 10~
It is appropriate to set it to 20mm.
