Hitherto, as this type of screen, a screen made of wire mesh having slits of a required diameter has been known.
Such a screen is arranged in an inclined manner and then allows wastewater to flow down one after another, and while the water is drained through the slits, suspended solids are allowed to fall and are separated and removed.

The screen is likely to be clogged by suction of solid matter, and its treatment is very troublesome, and furthermore, the efficiency of separating and removing suspended solid matter is extremely poor. Moreover, since the screen is made of wire mesh, it is difficult to adjust the slit diameter, making it extremely difficult to manufacture.

This invention solves the problems of conventional products at once, and has plate-shaped bodies 12, 2 with the required length and width.
This is a screen for removing suspended solids in wastewater, in which small recesses 13, 23 are formed densely at predetermined intervals on the upper surface of 2, and slits 14, 24 are formed at the lower ends of each of the small recesses 13, 23. .

The screen according to this invention allows the flowing wastewater to sequentially flow into each of the small recesses 13 and 23 during wastewater treatment, and by interfering with the flow, the screen temporarily stagnates and rapidly weakens the flow velocity. Only water is discharged downward from 14 and 24, and suspended solids can be effectively separated and removed.

By stacking the two punched metals 12 so as to be shifted in the width direction of the elongated holes, small recesses 13 are formed densely, and
A slit 14 is formed at the lower end of each small recess 13. 15 is a vertically long box-shaped metal frame; 16 is a screen mounting portion formed at an angle on one side of the frame 15; 17;
are side plates erected on both sides of the mounting portion 16.

スクリーン11の下端に移動したのち落下する。 As shown in FIG. 1, the screen 11 constructed as described above is attached to the attachment portion 16 at an angle. After that, sewage and industrial wastewater are allowed to flow down from the top. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the flowing wastewater and the like sequentially flow into the small recesses 13, the flow of which is obstructed and the flow rate rapidly weakens, and then is discharged downward through the slit 14. At this time, SS and suspended solids floating in the wastewater are discharged with the flow rate rapidly weakened.
It floats and descends without being sucked into the slit 14, and after being gradually dehydrated by water discharge, moves to the lower end of the screen 11 and then falls.

This screen 21 is used by being attached to the attachment portion 16 of the frame 15, as in the first embodiment.

Further, although each of the small recesses 13 and 23 has a rectangular shape, the object of the present invention can be achieved even if the small recesses 13 and 23 are made circular, oval, or polygonal. Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the structure is constructed by shifting and overlapping two punched metals 12 having elongated holes of the same shape, but it is constructed by shifting and overlapping punching metals having holes of different shapes. You may.

According to this invention, according to the above, a small recess 1 is formed on the upper surface of the plate-like bodies 12 and 22 having the required length and width.
3 and 23 are formed densely at a predetermined interval, and slits 14 and 24 are formed at the lower ends of each of the small recesses 13 and 23, so that the flowing wastewater is sequentially passed through each of the small recesses 13 and 23. By allowing the water to flow into the slits 23 and obstructing the flow, the flow rate is rapidly weakened, and only the water is discharged downward from each slit 14, 24, allowing the suspended solids to be quickly and reliably separated and removed. . In particular, when the water is discharged, the flow rate is rapidly weakened, so that suspended solids float without being sucked into the slits 14, 24, so that clogging of the screens 11, 21 can be effectively prevented. It has extremely high processing efficiency. Furthermore, the structure is extremely simple and can be easily manufactured.
