Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ホツパー６から供給された原料を、スクリ
ユ４によつてシリンダ１内を経て外部に押出すよ
うにした押出機のシリンダ構造において、 前記シリンダ１の壁１ｂ内に軸方向で且つ回転
自在に設けられた複数の回転軸１０と、前記回転
軸１０の一端に形成された従動ギヤ１１と、前記
従動ギヤ１１を介して前記各回転軸１０を回転さ
せるための回転軸駆動部２０と、前記各回転軸１
０の周面の軸方向に形成された長手溝７とを備え
、前記回転軸１０を回転することにより、長手溝
７は、前記シリンダ１の内周面１ａに露出又は非
露出状態となるように構成したことを特徴とする
押出機のシリンダ構造。 (2) 前記回転軸駆動部２０は、前記各従動ギヤ
１１と噛合する輪状ギヤ体１４と、前記輪状ギヤ
体１４を駆動するためのウオームギヤ１８ａとか
らなることを特徴とする請求項１記載の押出機の
シリンダ構造。 (3) 前記回転軸１０内には、冷却用空隙３が軸
方向に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１
又は２記載の押出機のシリンダ構造。
