Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the structure of a double floor by constituting a floor material of two parallel floor panel placement members, a supporting member for supporting the members, and four leg members each provided near the end portion of each placement member and capable of level adjustment in its horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:Two parallel floor panel placement members 21 are both supported by a supporting member 22 and four level-adjustable leg members 23 are provided at a portion of each floor panel placement member 21 corresponding to the point of intersection of both of the members, to form each oar type double floor material 20. The floor materials 20 are arranged on a foundation floor and a floor board 24 is placed as indicated by the dotted line. The wiring cord 26 of a computer and the like is disposed in such a manner as being passed between the oar type double floor materials 20. Since the wiring cord is not passed beween the 189 members ( ) of one oar type double floor material itself, free rearrangement of the floor materials is possible without cutting the wiring connecting the computer to a terminal, etc.

Since office automation became a necessity, offices began to have double floors, and space was created between the base and surface floors for various types of wiring.

A first example is shown in FIG. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the flooring material 5 for a double floor when it has started to be laid on a base 4 such as a concrete floor, and shows a shared leg type two in which the support leg 1 and the top flat plate 3 are separated. This is a flooring material for heavy floors.

A third example is shown in FIG. FIG. 3 shows a floor plate mounting member 12 fixed on a support plate 11 having height adjustment screws 15 on a base 14 such as a concrete floor, and a lip portion provided on the floor plate mounting member 12 and a floor plate 13. It is a perspective view at the time when the floorboard 13 is started to be stretched so that the engaging portions provided in the floorboard 13 are engaged with each other, and this is a flooring material for a double floor of the floorboard mounting member type.

The shared leg type of the first example is not only structurally unstable, but also the floorboard 3 is not completely fixed, and the floorboard 3 may make rattling noises due to walking and vibration. The second example, the bowl type, is stable, but it is difficult to match the level. The third example is of a floor plate mounting type, in which leveling is easy and the floor plates 13, 13', . . . do not rattle, making it a preferable type in this respect.

However, in the case of the floorboard mounting method of the third example, the floorboard mounting member extends over the entire floor surface, and the height adjustment screw legs 15 corresponding to the legs supporting the floorboard mounting member 12 are also mounted on the floorboard. Since it is integrated with the mounting member 12, the wiring cord is led to the wiring outlet of the floorboard between certain screw legs 15 and 15 and through two parallel floorboard mounting members. Therefore, in order to move the wiring cord to another location, there is no choice but to cut one end of the wiring cord, pull it out from between specific screws 15, and repass it between another screw.

In the second aspect of the present invention, the flooring materials for turret-type double floors are arranged at regular intervals vertically and horizontally, and the spacing is such that the floorboards stretched over the flooring materials for turret-type double floors are exactly adjacent to each other. The space between the flooring materials for the turret-type double-bedded floor is set, and the floorboards are spread over the flooring material for the turret-shaped double-bedded floor arranged in this way, with the floorboards aligned horizontally. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the cypress type double flooring material 20 of the present invention includes two parallel floor plate mounting members 21 and a support that extends at right angles thereto and supports the floor plate mounting members 21. It is composed of a member 22 and four leg members 23 that are provided at the floor plate placement member portion corresponding to the intersection of the floor plate placement member 21 and the support member and whose level can be adjusted.

The floor plate mounting member 21 has a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 5, and is configured such that the floor plate 24 fits into the end of the U-shape. The floor plate mounting member 21 is not limited to this, and may be shaped like a hat, for example, as shown in FIG. 8. In this case, the height of the floor can be lowered.

The connection type of the floor plate and the floor plate mounting member is not limited to the above example.
A tenon may be provided on the contact surface of the floor plate mounting member with the floor plate, and a tenon hole may be provided on the side of the floor plate for fitting, or various other known coupling methods may be employed.

The support member for supporting and fixing the two parallel floor plate placement members may have any structure as long as it can achieve the purpose of support and fixation. The supporting members may be provided so as to intersect the two floorboard mounting members at right angles as described above, or the supporting members may be provided so as to intersect in a criss-cross pattern.

The seed-type double-floor flooring material 20 is arranged on the base floor as shown in FIG. 6, and the floorboards 24 are stretched as shown by dotted lines. The wiring cord 26 for the computer, etc. is placed between each type of double-bed flooring material, and does not pass between the leg members (marked in the drawing) of one type of double-bedded flooring material itself. Therefore, it is possible to freely rearrange the layout without cutting the wiring that connects the computer and the terminal.

In order to take out the wiring cord 26 from the floorboard 24, it is necessary to select and use a floorboard (see FIG. 7) that has a takeout notch 25 at the end of the floorboard 24 rather than at the center. Also, if a notch is provided at the end, the strength of the side of the floorboard will be reduced, but even in that case, in the present invention, such a problem can be prevented by placing the side with the notch on the floorboard mounting member. can. If the wiring cord retrieval notch 6 is provided in the center of the top flat plate 3 (corresponding to the floor plate 24 of the present invention) as in the tray type, the wiring cord must be removed from the retrieval notch 6 unless the wiring cord is cut. This is not possible, so be careful. However, if you use this type, you will not need to cut the wiring coat if you move it with the wiring and replace it with the flooring material at the destination.
