Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a room to be remodeled without cutting off the wiring of a computer or the like by composing a double-floor floor-member-set, of a top section flat-plate with a notched section formed at the end section, and a reinforcing section for reinforcing the notched section. CONSTITUTION:A double floor floor-member-set is formed with a top section flat-plate 3 having a notched section 7 at a notched section end section 8, and a reinforcing member 11 for reinforcing the notched section 7. Then, the top section flat-plate 3 is formed with the iron plate of about 500mm (vertical and horizontal length) X about 30mm (thickness) X about 70mm (height), and the end section 8 is provided with the notched section 7 of about 90mm X 80mm. After that, the reinforcing member 11 formed with about 10mm (width) Xabout 200mm(length) X about 40mm(height) is used, and is fixed on the double floor floor-member with a proper means. As a result, a surface floor is prevented from being depressed, and without cutting off the wiring of a computer or the like, a room can be remodeled.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a flooring material used for constructing a double floor.

Since office automation became a necessity, offices began to have double floors, and space was created between the base and surface floors for various types of wiring.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the flooring material 5 for a double floor when it has begun to be laid on a base 4 such as a concrete floor, and FIG. 1 shows the support legs 1 and the top flat plate 3 separated. FIG. 2 shows a type of flooring for a double-bedded floor, and FIG. Then, the floor is usually finished by arranging floor-standing carpet tiles on top of this.

Conventionally, holes 6 for OA equipment wiring are drilled in these top flat plates 3 on site, and OA type equipment wiring is performed through these holes 6.

However, after wiring has been run through the wiring extraction hole 6, the wiring must be cut once before being removed from the wiring extraction hole 6 and placed above the floor through another wiring extraction hole. It cannot be taken out. In offices and the like, it is often necessary to change the layout of the room due to various circumstances. However, today computers must run 24 hours a day, so the wiring for computers is...
There are circumstances where you don't want to cut it even if you cut it.

Therefore, since a hole for taking out the wiring is inconvenient, a top flat plate 3 having a notch 7 for taking out the wiring as shown in FIG. 3 may be proposed. This is because the notch allows the floorboard and wiring to be separated without cutting the wiring. However, the top plate 3
If such a notch 7 is provided in the top flat plate 3, the strength of the top flat plate 3, especially the end portion 8, will be insufficient, and the surface floor of that part will be in a depressed state. The notch 7 cannot be provided.

In the case of the hole 6 as shown in FIGS. I and 2, the hole 6 is supported by the entire circumference of the hole 6, so unlike a notch without a peripheral portion, depression does not occur.

Even if there is a notch, there is an idea that in order to have sufficient strength, it is only necessary to increase the thickness of the top flat plate 3 at that part.

However, since the location of the notch changes each time the pattern is changed, it is not possible to increase the thickness of the top flat plate 3 in advance only in the section where the notch is required, and the thickness of all the top flat plates cannot be increased. It has to be bigger. If all the top plates 3 become thicker, not only will the cost of the top plate increase, but the strength of the concrete floor of the building itself that supports it will also have to be increased, increasing the overall construction cost of the building. I'll let you.

The present invention relates to a floor material for a double floor consisting of a top flat plate with a notch provided at the end and support legs for holding it, and a material for reinforcing the notch provided inside the double floor material. The present invention relates to a flooring set for a double floor, characterized by comprising a reinforcing member.

Since the reinforcing member is for reinforcing the strength of the cutout portion of the top flat plate, it goes without saying that it has a height that can securely support the top flat plate from below. It is sufficient that the size and shape can support the notch end portion 8, but it is also possible to have one side having the same length as the length of the top flat plate.
