Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with such conventional heating panels, the angle of inclination at which they are installed on the bathroom floor is 1 to 1.
Because it is very small at 2° and the working fluid passages are arranged in a grid pattern in the vertical and horizontal directions, it is heated and evaporated by the heater at the heater attachment part of the heating panel, that is, the evaporation part. After the vapor of the working fluid reaches the condensing part of the panel, it is difficult to return from there, causing problems such as the so-called dry-out phenomenon, resulting in poor heating performance. Furthermore, for example, when the drain in a bathroom is located at a corner of the floor, the circulation of the working fluid becomes even less smooth, resulting in poor heating performance and the above-mentioned problem becomes even more serious.

The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and after the vapor of the working fluid evaporated at the heater attachment part, that is, the evaporation part, reaches the condensation part side,
The condensed working fluid is likely to return from there to the heater mounting part, so that the working fluid storage part of the heater mounting part is always filled with working fluid, and there is no possibility of causing disadvantageous phenomena such as dry-out phenomenon. It has excellent heating performance,
In addition, even if the drain on the floor of a bathroom, etc. is located at the corner of the floor, it can be installed reliably and the floor of the bathroom, etc. can be heated very effectively. The aim is to provide a heat pipe type heating panel for use on floors.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, this invention provides parallel evaporation-side working fluid passages to be heated by a heater, and these A condensing side working fluid passage connected to each evaporating working fluid passage and extending over almost the entire surface of the remaining part of the panel body is provided in the remaining part of the panel body, and a condensing side working fluid passage that is arranged to extend over almost the entire surface of the remaining part of the panel body. A working fluid condensate return passage is connected to the tip of the side working fluid passage and at least one of both ends is connected to the header part, and the remaining part of the panel body is loosened toward the heater mounting part of the panel body. A heat pipe type heating panel for use on the floor of a bathroom, etc., which is inclined downward at an inclination angle, wherein the heater mounting part is narrower than the rest of the panel body and is attached to one side edge of the panel body. A drain hole installation space is provided on one or both sides of the heater mounting section, and the projecting heater mounting section is provided at a steep angle of inclination to the rest of the panel body. The gist is a heat pipe type heating panel used on floors of bathrooms, etc., which is tilted downward and has a heater attached to the lower surface of the heater attachment part.

According to the heat pipe type heating panel used for the floors of bathrooms, etc., the heater mounting part is made narrower than the rest of the panel body and is provided in an overhanging shape on one side edge of the panel body, A space for installing a drain port is provided on one or both sides of the heater mounting portion. Therefore, even if the drain port on the floor of a bathroom or the like is located at a corner of the floor, it can be reliably installed and the floor of the bathroom or the like can be heated very effectively.

In addition, the remaining part of the panel body is inclined downward at a gentle angle of 1 to 2 degrees toward the heater attachment part of the panel body, which is the same as in the conventional case, but according to this invention, For example, if the heater mounting part of the sheet is against the rest of the panel body,
Because it is tilted downward at a steep angle of about 35 degrees, the vapor of the working fluid that is heated and evaporated by the heater at the heater attachment part of the heating panel, that is, the evaporation part, reaches the condensation part of the panel. The condensed working fluid easily returns from there to the heater mounting part, and since the heater mounting part is narrow and the capacity of the working fluid storage part is small, the working fluid storage part of the heater mounting part is Since the system is always filled with working fluid, there is no dry-out phenomenon, that is, an inconvenient phenomenon such as when the temperature of the heating panel rises excessively due to overheating of the heater due to the absence of working fluid, and heating performance is improved. It is excellent.

In the heat pipe type heating panel 10, the vapor of the working fluid heated and evaporated in the heater attachment part 1a of the panel body 1 reaches from each evaporating working fluid passage 3a to the condensing working fluid passage 3b, where it is vaporized by itself. As it condenses and becomes a liquid,
The floor 12 of the bathroom 11 is warmed by heat radiation. The condensed liquid flows through the condensing side working fluid passage 3
The condensate is collected from the tip of the panel body 1 by the condensate return passages 3c on the rear and right side edges of the panel body 1, and is returned to the header part 3d of the heater attachment part 1a and further to each evaporation side working fluid passage 3a. It is.

Note that, as shown in FIG. 9, the overhanging heater mounting portion 1a is similarly inclined downward at a steep angle of about 35 degrees with respect to the remaining portion 1b of the panel body 1, so that heating The vapor of the working fluid heated and evaporated by the heater 2 in the heater attachment part 1a of the panel 10, that is, the evaporation part, reaches the condensation part side of the panel 10, and then the condensed working fluid returns to the heater attachment part 1a again from there. In addition, the heater mounting portion 1a is narrow and the working fluid storage portion, that is, the working fluid passage 3 is narrow.
a. Since the total capacity of the header part 3d and the communication part 5 is small, these working fluid storage parts of the heater mounting part 1a are always filled with working fluid, and no dry-out phenomenon occurs. This is the same as in the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same parts in the drawings as in the first embodiment.

In each of the above embodiments, since the panel body 1 of the heating panel 10 is made of roll bond material, the panel body 1 has working fluid passages 3a, 3b.
In order to form the condensate return passage 3c and the header portion 3d, it is only necessary to appropriately set the printing pattern of the non-crimping prevention material during the manufacture of the panel body 1, which has the advantage of reducing manufacturing costs. be.

Effects of the invention As described above, this invention provides parallel evaporation-side working fluid passages to be heated by the heater and a header part connected to these passages in the heater attachment part of the panel body, which is approximately rectangular when viewed from above. A condensing-side working fluid passageway is provided in the remainder of the panel body, and is connected to each evaporation-side working fluid passageway and is arranged to extend over substantially the entire surface of the remaining part of the panel body, and a condensing-side working fluid passageway is provided at the tip of each condensation-side working fluid passageway. A continuous working fluid condensate return passageway is provided at least one end of which is connected to the header portion, and the remainder of the panel body is inclined downward at a gentle inclination angle toward the heater attachment portion of the panel body. A heat pipe type heating panel used on the floor of a bathroom, etc., in which the heater mounting part is narrower than the rest of the panel body and is provided in an overhanging shape on one side edge of the panel body. A space for installing a drain port is provided on one or both sides of the heater mounting portion.

It has an excellent effect.
