Claims (1)
- 吸水手段と、この吸水手段の一部を形成する吸
水口を少なくとも２次元方向に移動させるロボツ
ト機構と、該吸水口を被塗布物内部で所定手順で
移動させるように該ロボツト機構を駆動制御する
制御手段とからなる自動吸水装置を、炉体入口側
または炉体の上流側に配設したことを特徴とする
水切炉。
