留りが低下する不都合があつた。Conventional Technology Conventionally, a planer blade with a width of about 40 to 70 mm has been used to cut fish flakes. When using this wide planer blade, the contact area with the fish flakes becomes wider, which improves cutting efficiency, but if the shaved flakes become too wide or too long, the cut pieces will be weighed and packed in a bag. It becomes necessary to reprocess the product to a suitable size, shape, etc. However, reprocessing kerifobushi not only increases the number of steps and labor, but also exposes the kerifobushi to air for a longer period of time, which impairs the flavor, and reduces product yield due to the generation of powder. There was an inconvenience.

度を出すのが難しくなる不都合があつた。 In order to improve this inconvenience, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-129454 discloses a tool in which a plurality of V- or U-shaped grooves C are provided in the hard edge B of the cutting blade A, as shown in Fig. 5. Proposed. In this configuration, groove C
Although it is possible to reduce the width of the cutting joint by using the cutting edge width a, which is divided by Since the protrusions are shaved off, the efficiency of cutting is halved, and the width of the cut joints is divided into two types: the cutting edge width a and the groove width b, and when the groove width b becomes narrower, powder is more likely to be generated. In addition, if the cutting edge of cutting blade A is chipped due to cutting a piece of fish that is holding a stone, it is necessary to replace cutting blade A or re-sharpen the entire cutting edge to the point where there is no chipping. However, since the cutting blade A is wide, there are disadvantages in that the cost of repair is relatively high and it is difficult to achieve the precision of the cutting edge.

The cutting edge of the cutting blade is parallel to the width direction of the cutting blade, and the adjacent cutting edges are in close contact with each other,
Furthermore, the cutting edges of adjacent cutting blades are positioned so as to be different from each other, thereby forming a cutting blade for a fish flaking machine.

The same size and uniform size of dried bonito flakes suitable for packaging in weighed bags are efficiently cut out. For this reason,
Not only will the flavor of the weighed and packaged products be better preserved, but the production of powder will be reduced and the product yield will be improved.

Even when cutting, the width of the cutting edge is narrow, making it easier to achieve cutting edge precision.

They are formed by arranging them alternately in the lateral direction with their side end surfaces aligned. Each of the cutting blades 2A, 2B is provided with long holes 3, 4 in the longitudinal direction of the side surface, and bolts 5, 6 inserted into the long holes 3, 4 and nuts 7, 8 screwed into the bolts. Therefore, the side parts are joined so as to be in close contact with each other. Long holes 9 and 10 for attachment are provided in the thickness direction of the cutting blades 2A and 2B, respectively, so as not to overlap with the long holes 3 and 4.

保つ。 When the fish flakes 15 are supplied to the circumferential surface of the rotating disk 11, the adjacent cutting blades 2A and 2B have blade widths that are clearly differentiated due to the connection in which the tip positions of the blade edges are different. The cutting blade 1 can efficiently carve out a knot corresponding to the width of the cutting blades 2A and 2B by one cutting. In this case, the thickness of the bonito flakes is determined by the number of rotations of the cutting blade 1, the number of cutting blades 1 attached to the rotary disk 11, and the feeding rate of the fish bonito 15, as in the conventional case. The length is approximately determined by the size of the fish section 15 in the direction perpendicular to the length direction and the angle of the fish section 15 against the cutting blade 1. Therefore, according to the cutting blade 1 of this embodiment, not only the thickness and length of the shaved knots but also the width of the shaved knots can be freely adjusted. There is no need for reprocessing, so the product that is weighed and bagged retains its good flavor.

易に刃先精度を出すことができる。 In addition, when cutting fish flakes, if any of the cutting blades 2A and 2B forming the cutting edge 1 is damaged, the connection between the bolts 5, 6 and nuts 7, 8 is released and the blade is damaged. Since it is only necessary to replace the cutting blade where the damage has occurred, the cost required for repairing the cutting blade 1 is significantly reduced. Moreover, the damaged cutting blade 2A,
When re-sharpening 2B, since the width of the blade to be polished is extremely narrow, the precision of the blade edge can be easily achieved with fewer steps and time required.

論である。 The cutting blade 1 for cutting edge adjustment shown in Fig. 4 is mounted on a rotating disk 1.
1, the same effects as described above can be obtained. Of course, the cutting blade 1 is not limited to being attached so as to protrude from the circumferential surface of the rotating disk 11, but may be attached so as to protrude from the side surface of the rotating disk.

In addition, the cutting edge of the cutting blade is not limited to the linear shape of each of the above embodiments.
A shape curved laterally symmetrically or asymmetrically in the width direction can also be used.

失われないようにすることができる。(1) By rotating the cutting blade attached to the rotating member, fish pieces with the same width as the width of the plurality of cutting blades that make up the cutting blade can be efficiently carved out in one process. For this reason, if you use a cutting blade with dimensions suitable for weighing and bagging the cut fish flakes as they are, you can shorten the time it takes for the fish flakes to be weighed and packaged. This can prevent the flavor of the knots from being lost.

It is possible to improve the yield of high-quality fish products having a set width. In this case, the width of the cut fish pieces can be freely adjusted by changing the width of each separably coupled cutting blade.

If one or more of the cutting edges are damaged, only the damaged cutting blade can be replaced, which significantly reduces replacement costs. Moreover, when polishing a damaged cutting blade, the width of the blade to be polished is narrow, so that the damaged cutting edge can be returned to its original state with high accuracy and with less effort and time.
