(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When squid is thawed and the internal organs are removed as described above, thawing requires time and expense, and during processing, freshness is likely to decrease and bacterial contamination is likely to occur.
In addition, it requires a large number of workers, which makes it difficult to secure them, and processing costs are high due to large daily labor costs.Furthermore, differences in the ability of workers cause uneven processing, resulting in uneven product quality. There were some problems that could not be resolved.

B. Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problem) The means of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned object is to vibrate the joint between the torso and the internal organs, which has become brittle due to freezing, using a vibrating means. The structure of the squid viscera removal method includes folding the above-mentioned joint and removing the viscera from the body.

In this method, the vibrating means for vibrating the squid to be frozen generates a breaking force at the junction between the squid's body and internal organs, which has become brittle due to freezing, so the direction of vibration is up and down. Since the above-mentioned joints will break due to the impact of jumping up to a certain height and dropping it from there, high-speed vibration with a small amplitude will not produce the necessary impact force, so the amplitude should be set in the range of 30 mm to 100 mm. Within this range, depending on the type and size of the raw squid, a value should be selected that will not cause the joint to break and cause damage to the body and legs.
If the frequency is too low, the processing capacity will be low, and if it is too high, it will not be possible to vibrate at the set amplitude.
In the range of 150 times to 150 times, a value is selected to ensure that vibration is performed at the set amplitude depending on the type and size of the raw material squid, and that reduces capacity deterioration.

In addition, in batch-type processing in which the raw squid is suspended on the vibrating means and vibrated, this vibrating means only needs to be vibrated up and down as described above, but it can be used while moving the raw squid on the vibrating means. In a continuous type that processes by vibrating, if the vibrating means is driven by an eccentric wheel or the like to add back and forth motion to the vertical motion, this combined vibration can both vibrate and transfer the raw material squid. It is something that can be done.

(Function) In the squid viscera removal method configured as described above, when the squid to be frozen is fed as is to the vibrating means and vibrated, the squid is bounced up to a certain height by the vibration and falls onto the vibrating means. In addition, the body repeatedly jumps up and falls down, and each time it falls, it receives a shock, so the joints, which have a thin film structure and become brittle due to freezing, easily break, and the internal organs are separated from the body, making it difficult to remove the internal organs. It will be completed automatically.

Alternatively, if the body of a squid is cut into several rounds and only the body, excluding the legs, is supplied to a vibration means and vibrated, the body will repeatedly bounce up and fall, receiving a shock each time it falls. Therefore, in this case as well, the joint is easily broken and the internal organs are separated from the torso, and the internal organs removal operation is performed automatically.

Example 1 Frozen squid having an average weight of 500 g was fed as it was to a batch-type vibration means that vibrates vertically 100 times per minute at an amplitude of 50 mm, and was treated for 5 minutes. As a result, all of the squid's internal organs had been removed from their bodies, and no damage was found to their bodies or legs.

Example 2 The body of the same squid as in Example 1 was cut into rounds at 50 mm intervals, and only the body, excluding the legs, was fed to the same vibrating means as in Example 1 and treated for 3 minutes. As a result, all internal organs were removed from the torso,
Moreover, since the legs were not processed, the processing amount increased by about 50% and the processing time was shortened by 2 minutes.

Example 3 The same squid as in Example 1 was heated at 100 rpm with an amplitude of 50 mm.
The treatment was carried out by supplying the material to a continuous type vibrating means that generates a compound vibration consisting of vertical motion and back-and-forth motion. As a result, the squid passed through the vibrating means in 4 minutes while vibrating, and all of the squids had their internal organs removed from their bodies, and no damage was observed to their bodies or legs.

C. Effects of the Invention The method of the present invention removes the internal organs by vibrating the squid while it is still frozen, so there is no need to thaw it, which saves time and money, and prevents deterioration of freshness and bacterial contamination during processing. It's hygienic.
