臓除去方法。詳しくはいかの胴部と内臓との接合
部を高圧水ノズルにより切断させて、内臓の除去

効物質が流出するため、廃水処理の負荷が増大し
て、処理費の増加を招くだけでなく、有効物質の
利用率が大巾に低減して不経済である等の問題点

ロ 発明の構成

(1) いかをその胴部と内臓との接合部が高圧水ノ
ズルへ対応するように固定して、前記ノズルを
胴部の開口から奥側へ進入させ、前記接合部を
切断して胴部から内臓を分離した後、胴部の固
定を解いて内臓の除去を行ういかの内臓除去方
法と、
(2) 請求項1記載の高圧水ノズルに刃物を協動さ
せて胴部と内臓との接合部の初期切断を容易に
したいかの内臓除去方法とに存する。B. め、その内側にノズルを進退させることにより、
ノズルを胴部や内臓へ触れさせずに接合部を進ま
せて、接合部のみの切断を確実に行わせることが

も外せば、内臓の付いた脚部と胴部とを弁別処理

4を下降させれば、胴部aは第1図及び第2図に
示すように抑片4と支持杆3,3と挾圧されて固
定されるから、これに伴い、前記した支持杆3,
3の内側に対応的に設けたガイド溝5,5に係合
する高圧水ノズル6を第2図に示すように胴部a
の開口から奥側へ進入させた。すると、高圧水ノ
ズル6はガイド溝5,5に案内されて胴部aや内
臓bへは触れずに、胴部aの内臓bとの接合部c
を切断して行き、内臓bを胴部aから分離させる
ので、このとき抑片4を上昇させて胴部aの固定
を解き、胴部aの先端側を外し部材7により掴ま
せて引つ張り、胴部aを支持杆3,3から外して
下へ落し、次に、頭dを掴んでいる掴み部材8を
開かせると、分離された内臓bと共に脚部eが胴
部aとは別の位置へ落ちて胴部aと仕分けられる
ため、胴部aから内臓bを除去する作業は、自動
的に能率良く行われて、内臓を損傷することが皆
