The present invention relates to a sound insulation sheet that can be easily applied to wooden buildings and other buildings and structures, and has excellent sound insulation effects. Traditionally, flexible boards, plasterboards, hard fiberboards,
Various sound insulation materials and construction methods have been used, including soft fiberboard, shotgun rock wool, plywood and shotgun rock wool, glass wool aerated concrete, and concrete blocks. However, these materials and construction methods do not have sufficient sound insulation effects or are expensive, so they are not widely used. There is a need for sound insulation materials and construction methods that are easy to use and have excellent effects. On the other hand, in recent years, technology has been developed to apply ferrite powder obtained from heavy metal-containing wastewater treatment to radio wave absorbing materials. Furthermore, the excellent vibration damping properties of ferrite powder have recently attracted attention. The present invention takes advantage of the excellent vibration damping properties of ferrite powder to provide a sheet-shaped sound insulating material that is easy to use and has excellent sound insulating effects. The gist of the present invention is a structure of a sound insulating sheet characterized by providing a ferrite-containing asphalt layer containing 80 to 30% by weight of rubberized asphalt and 20 to 70% by weight of ferrite powder on one side of a plastic film. It is. The present invention will be explained using figures. The figure shows one embodiment of the sound insulation sheet of the present invention.
The figure is a longitudinal sectional side view showing an embodiment of the sound insulating sheet of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a plastic film, and 2 is a ferrite-containing rubberized asphalt layer (hereinafter simply referred to as a ferrite-containing rubberized asphalt layer) made by mixing ferrite powder into rubberized asphalt, which covers one side of the plastic film 1 and bonds it. ing. 3 is a release sheet, and 4 is powder particles such as mineral substances. The plastic film 1 is, for example, a film made of polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene, vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester, polyamide, or the like. The thickness is about 0.02 to 1 mm, and there are transparent ones, opaque ones, colored ones, printed ones on the surface, ones with patterns or shapes by embossing, and ones with many small protrusions on the surface. Various things can be used. The rubberized asphalt used in the ferrite-containing rubberized asphalt layer 2 is asphalt modified by mixing various petroleum asphalts, natural asphalts, or mixed asphalts thereof with rubber, synthetic polymers, and the like. As this rubber synthetic polymer, one that is generally used for modifying asphalt and has good compatibility is used. For example, natural rubber, guttavertia, cyclized rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene, isoprene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, butyl rubber, isobutylene rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene, isoprene block copolymer rubber, styrene, butadiene block copolymer Rubber, etc. These may be used alone or in combination. As mentioned above, rubberized asphalt is made by mixing various petroleum asphalts, natural asphalts, or mixed asphalts with rubber, polymers, etc. Therefore, a synthetic resin or the like can also be used together with a rubber-like material. For example, polyethylene, ethylene
Examples include acrylate copolymers, polyacrylates, and ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymers. In addition, low-molecular solid resins, liquid resins, liquid rubbers, polymerized oils, plasticizers, process oils, animal and vegetable oils, etc. can be added to the rubberized asphalt, as well as anti-aging agents, antioxidants, flameproofing agents, etc. A flame retardant, anti-peeling agent, coupling agent, etc. may also be mixed. The amount of rubber, synthetic polymer, etc. in the rubberized asphalt is 1 to 30% by weight, usually 2 to 25% by weight. The ferrite powder used in the present invention is a magnetic ferrite powder made of a metal oxide containing iron. For example, after adding ferrous ions to heavy metal-containing wastewater, air is blown in to oxidize the ferrous chloride, and the final product is precipitated into a ferrite magnetic oxide, which is then washed and dried. There is. This ferrite powder is a ferromagnetic substance that is difficult to dissolve in water, can be used safely without the risk of re-dissolving heavy metals, and is inexpensive. The ferrite-containing rubberized asphalt 2 is obtained by adding and mixing a predetermined amount of ferrite powder into heated and melted rubberized asphalt. The mixing ratio of ferrite powder is usually 20 to 70% by weight of the ferrite-containing rubberized asphalt 2. Also,
Along with ferrite powder, other fillers such as iron sand, metal powder, sand, mica powder, asbestos, talc, etc.
Calcium carbonate powder, diatomaceous earth, etc. can also be mixed. The sound insulating sheet of the present invention can be easily manufactured, for example, by pouring heated and melted rubberized asphalt containing ferrite onto one side of a plastic film. Further, a thick sheet can be produced by preparing a sheet of rubberized asphalt containing ferrite in advance, and then laminating and bonding a plastic film with heated and melted rubberized asphalt containing ferrite. For convenience in handling and use, the sound insulating sheet of the present invention has a release sheet 3 or powder particles 4 of mineral material attached to one side of a layer of rubberized asphalt containing ferrite, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. can do. The release sheet 3 is made of, for example, release paper, polyethylene,
Films such as polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene. The powder particles 4 such as mineral substances are, for example, iron sand,
These include silica sand powder, talc, mica powder, diatomaceous earth, glass powder, silica powder, calcium carbonate powder, slate powder, and coal powder. All of these are used to prevent sticking of rubberized asphalt surfaces containing ferrite during handling. For those with a release sheet 3 attached, remove the release sheet 3 before use. The thickness of the sound insulation sheet of the present invention is usually about 1 to 10 mm. The sound insulation sheet of the present invention is normally supplied in a rolled product, but if it is thick, it is supplied in the form of a plate. [Experiment example] Straight asphalt (penetration 60-80) 80% by weight, styrene-butadiene block copolymer rubber 2
45 parts of ferrite powder are added to 55 parts of heated and melted rubberized asphalt containing 0% by weight and mixed. The obtained ferrite-containing rubberized asphalt had a penetration degree of 35. This heated and melted rubberized asphalt containing ferrite was poured onto one side of a polypropylene film with a thickness of approximately 0.2 mm to a thickness of approximately 3 mm.
A sound insulation sheet of the present invention with a specific gravity of 2.7 mm and a specific gravity of 2.7 was obtained. This sound insulation sheet is sandwiched between compression-molded plywood boards with a thickness of 3 mm to create a four-layer structure (from the bottom layer, the plywood board,
A flooring material of about 10 mm thick made of rubberized asphalt containing ferrite, polypropylene film, plywood was installed on a 25 mm thick particle board slab and measured using the method specified in JIS A 1418. The measured values for each center frequency were as shown in Table-1. For comparison, the rubberized asphalt containing ferrite was replaced with blown asphalt (penetration of 20 to 40) and measurements were made in the same manner as above. Since straight asphalt with a penetration of 20 to 40 was too hard and difficult to mold, blown asphalt with the same penetration (20 to 40) was used. The results are also shown in the table below.
It was as described in 1.
