The light bulb e is formed by stretching the mount to form a mount, and inserting and sealing the mount into the lamp envelope d. The sealing work is carried out by heating the lamp envelope d from the outside with a burner flame f and welding it to the glass bead b. At this time, the inside of the lamp envelope d is evacuated g. Thereafter, the lamp envelope d below the welded part h is cut, and a light bulb e without an exhaust pipe is manufactured.

There are disadvantages such as the filament being unstable and having poor vibration resistance.Furthermore, it is cumbersome to work because it is necessary to cut the lower part of the lamp envelope and remove the bulb after sealing.

A part has a convex part that comes into contact with the inner wall of the lamp envelope,
A filament is stretched between the tips of the lead-in wires of the light bulb, which has a support part at the bottom that keeps the distance between the two lead-in wires constant, and is inserted into the lamp envelope. The filament is set in a heater provided in a bell jar, and the lower end of the support part is received by a lead-in position fixing plate that allows the position of the filament to be adjusted in the vertical direction. The gist of the present invention is to weld and seal the lower end of the lamp enclosure in an active gas atmosphere, and after welding is completed, cut the support portion to form a light bulb.

Convex portions 1a and 1'a are respectively formed to abut on the inner wall of the lead-in wires 1 and 1', and a support portion 4 is provided at the lower portion to maintain a constant distance l between the lead-in wires 1 and 1'. The lead-in wire unit of this type can be integrally formed by etching or pressing, and its material is selected from a material that is compatible with the glass material of the lamp enclosure 3, such as a soft glass lamp enclosure. In this case, a material suitable for airtightness between metal and glass is used, such as a diamond wire or an alloy material of 50% iron and 50% nickel.

The sealing operation is performed while the lower end of the portion 4 is received by the lead-in wire position fixing plate 7. That is, the carbon heater 6 is heated by electricity, and the lower end of the lamp enclosure 3 is welded and sealed in a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere. At this time, since the convex portions 1a, 1'a of the lead-in wires 1, 1' are in contact with the inner wall of the lamp enclosure 3, the lead-in wires 1, 1' do not wobble in the left-right direction, and Since the lower end is received by the introduction wire position fixing plate 7 as described above, the filament 2 is stably held at a predetermined position without moving in the vertical direction. This filament 2
The positioning can be easily performed by adjusting the introduction line position fixing plate 7.

This structure eliminates the need for conventional glass beads, making it easier to manufacture the mount, stably holding the filament position during sealing, and eliminating the need to cut the bottom of the lamp envelope after sealing.
The light bulb manufacturing process becomes extremely easy, and a light bulb of excellent quality can be provided. Furthermore, since the convex portion of the lead-in wire is in contact with the inner wall of the glass enclosure as described above, the vibration resistance of the filament is significantly improved, and the life of the light bulb can be extended.
