- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高電圧が印加されるコロナ放電器において、 前記放電ワイヤを所定の温度で一時的に加熱す
るための加熱電源を含み、異常放電が生じた場合
に、該加熱電源から電流を供給して、該放電ワイ
ヤに酸化膜を形成する加熱手段を設けたことを特
徴とするコロナ放電器。
