成されるフイルタ枠本体と、該フイルタ枠本体の
両面に取り付けられる通気性シートと、から構成
され、
該フイルタ枠本体は、前記保持孔が形成された
一定の厚みを有した板状体であり、且つその厚み
幅が熱収縮可能であり、通気性シートで少なくと
も片面がフイルタ枠本体の厚み幅を熱収縮させる
に際して熱接着されていることを特徴とするエア
処理剤の封入性及び最密充填性に優れた空気清浄
用フイルタ。
(2) 前記通気性シートはフイルタ枠本体の面積
より広く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項
第１項記載のフイルタ。
(3) 前記フイルタ枠本体の厚み幅の熱収縮によ
り、前記保持孔の容積を５乃至７０％の容積収縮
させた状態で、前記通気性シートが密着加工され
ていることを特徴とする請求項第１項又は第２項
記載のフイルタ。
(4) 前記エア処理剤はエア中の臭気を吸収する
消臭剤であることを特徴とする請求項第１乃至第
３項記載の消臭フイルタ。
(5) 前記消臭剤の平均粒径は２．５乃至５０メ
ツシユの範囲で、且つ該粒子形状が柱状或いは球
状であることを特徴とする請求項第４項記載の消
臭フイルタ。
(6) 前記熱収縮可能なフイルタ枠は発泡性樹脂
であることを特徴とする請求項第１項乃至第５項

幅が熱収縮可能であり、通気性シートで少なくと
も片面がフイルタ枠本体の厚み幅を熱収縮させる
に際して熱接着されていることを特徴とするエア
処理剤の封入性及び最密充填性に優れた空気清浄
用フイルタ。 (2) 前記通気性シートはフイルタ枠本体の面積
より広く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項
第１項記載のフイルタ。 (3) 前記フイルタ枠本体の厚み幅の熱収縮によ
り、前記保持孔の容積を５乃至、７０％の容積収
縮させた状態で、前記通気性シートが密着加工さ
れていることを特徴とする請求項第１項叉は第２
