10の内側周囲部分22が生地14に圧接し、取

弱く、結局、両部材の生地への取付け力は十分な
ものでは無かつた。

が提供され、こうした構成のバー部材によつて前
記目的が達成される。

が型成形される。前記フランジ部分には一般に、
参照番号42で示すような種々のデザインが施さ
れる。前記各孔は夫々内径が一定であるように形
成し得、従つて同様にダイキヤスト成形された従
来製品に於て不可欠とされた型抜き用の抜け勾配
(第3図参照)を設ける必要性は無い。しかし本
考案ではむしろ、リベツト部材10の脚部16の
先端部44を軸方向孔38に容易に挿入可能とす
る為にそうしたテーパを設け得る。本考案のバー
部材30は又、表面側の1部を参照番号34で示
されるように特に肉厚と為し得、前記フランジ部
分32と共にもつと彫りの深い模様42′を施す
こともまた可能である。
