Structure of conventional example and its problems In recent years, functions for cooking rice deliciously have been added to heat-retaining rice cookers, that is, electronic jar rice cookers. Among these, by preheating the rice and water at the initial stage of rice cooking to increase the water absorption effect, it is possible to cook rice deliciously even if you start cooking immediately after washing the rice without submerging it in water. Products have been added. However, with this function, you can now cook rice deliciously even if you cook it immediately after washing, but if you need to cook rice in a hurry, even if the taste has deteriorated, by adding preheating,
There was a problem that the cooking time became longer and became inconvenient.

In FIG. 3, if the rice cooking button 5-2 is pressed without pressing the pre-cooking process selection button 11, the rice cooking/warming discrimination switch 5-1 is turned on, and the temperature detection circuit 14 detects the temperature of the temperature sensor 7 and controls the rice. Send a signal to circuit 15. Based on this signal, the control circuit 15 sends a signal to the relay drive circuit 17, and the relay coil 1
6-2 is controlled. This relay coil 16-2
By the operation, the relay contact 16-1 is opened and closed, and the rice cooking heater 4 is energized and controlled. In this case, the rice cooking heater 4 is energized so that the temperature of the temperature sensor 7 becomes approximately 40°C, and the rice cooking heater 4 is controlled to be energized so that the temperature of the temperature sensor 7 becomes approximately 40°C.
will be carried out. The energization time in this case is approximately 20 minutes, and the rice cooking lamp 9 is repeatedly turned on for 0.5 seconds and turned off for 0.5 seconds to indicate the pre-cooking process. This 20-minute energization increases the rice's ability to absorb water, making it more delicious. Note that FIG. 4 shows the relationship between the temperature of the temperature sensor 7 and time.

In addition, when the rice cooking button 5-2 is pressed while pressing the pre-cooking process selection button 11, the control circuit 15
This information is input, and the pre-cooking step (step 4 in FIG. 4) is omitted. In this case, the judgment as to whether or not to omit the pre-cooking process is made by checking whether or not the pre-cooking process selection button 11 is pressed at the time when the rice cooking button 5-2 is pressed and the rice cooking/warm determination switch 5-1 is closed. The pre-cooking process is not omitted even if the pre-cooking process selection button 11 is pressed after the rice cooking/warming discrimination switch 5-1 is closed. Note that whether or not the pre-cooking step has been omitted can be confirmed by the blinking cycle of the rice cooking lamp. After the pre-cooking process is completed or after this process is omitted, the relay contact 16
-1 is closed and the rice cooking heater 4 is energized to generate heat and cook rice. When the rice has finished cooking, turn the inner pot 3
As the temperature of the rice rises rapidly, the rice cooking/warming discrimination switch 5-1 opens, and the control circuit 15 receives a signal indicating that the switch 5-1 is open and sends a signal to the relay drive circuit 17. As a result, the coil Contact 16
-1 opens, electricity to the rice cooking heater 4 is cut off, and rice cooking ends (as shown in Fig. 4). This process is the cooking process, and during this process, the rice cooking lamp 9 lights up for 0.2 seconds.
The rice cooking process is displayed by repeatedly turning off the light for 0.2 seconds. Note that FIG. 4 shows the shading process, which takes about 15 minutes. At this time, the heat retention lamp 10
The uneven process is displayed by repeatedly turning on for 0.5 seconds and turning off for 0.5 seconds. 4 is a heat retention process, and when the temperature of the temperature sensor 7 is lower than the set temperature (approximately 73°C), the control circuit 15 sends a signal to the trial control circuit 19.
A signal is output to the trigger 18, the rice cooker 4, the heat retaining heater 6, and the lid heater 8 are energized, and the temperature of the temperature sensor 7 reaches the set temperature (approximately 73
℃), the triac 18 is not fired and the heaters 4, 6, and 8 are not energized. In this way, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 7 is approximately
Each heater 4, 6, 8 is controlled to be energized so that the temperature is 73° C., and the rice in the inner pot 3 is kept at a constant temperature.
At this time, the heat retention lamp 10 is lit continuously to indicate the heat retention process.

Therefore, usually you can cook rice deliciously by inserting a pre-cooking process, but if you need to cook rice in a hurry, press button 1.
The pre-cooking process can be omitted simply by pressing 1 or 5-2, and it is extremely convenient because it can be confirmed whether the pre-cooking process has been omitted or not by checking the difference in the blinking cycle of the lamp 9.

In this embodiment, the presence or absence of the pre-cooking process is selected by pressing the button 11, and this can be confirmed by checking the blinking cycle of the rice-cooking lamp 9. However, the presence or absence of the pre-cooking process is , the reservation may be made by using a changeover switch instead of the button 11.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the rice and water in the inner pot are preheated in the initial stage after the start of rice cooking to enhance the water absorption effect of the rice (generally referred to as the pre-cooking process). ), so you can easily cook the rice by pre-cooking with a simple switch, but you can cook the rice in a hurry even if it means sacrificing the taste of the rice. When it becomes necessary to cook rice, the user can easily skip the pre-cooking step and cook the rice in a short time by operating the switch, which is a practical effect.
