(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a decorative board that is attached to the surface of a base material such as plywood or asbestos board. (Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, decorative paper is pasted on the surface of a base material such as plywood or asbestos board, and after hot press molding, a polyester resin is applied on the decorative paper, and then vinylon is applied on top of this. Polyester decorative plywood is known, which is formed by laminating films of 1 and 2 and curing at room temperature. As mentioned above, this decorative plywood product is formed based on plywood, so it is difficult to bend it, and if the plywood has a curved surface from the beginning, it will not be possible to apply polyester resin uniformly, so it is difficult to bend it. There was a problem that only one piece could be manufactured, and the design lacked in terms of shape. On the other hand, sheet-like decorative laminates such as melamine or DAP are known, which are manufactured separately from a base material such as plywood. This decorative board is
After being formed as a finished product by itself, it is applied to the surface of plywood, asbestos board, etc. for decorative purposes. When this decorative board is attached to plywood, it becomes a product similar to the decorative plywood mentioned above, and like this decorative plywood, it cannot be bent freely, but this decorative board itself is completed. Because it is a product,
Curved surface machining is becoming easier. In other words, by making a base material such as plywood or asbestos board into a curved shape in advance and pasting the decorative board along the curved shape,
The final product can be formed into a curved shape. However, in order to attach this decorative laminate to the base material, it is necessary to apply an adhesive to the base material, bond the decorative laminate thereon, and then heat and cure the adhesive. For this reason, a hot press and a mirror plate for surface smoothing are required at the stage of adhering to plywood, making manufacturing equipment large-scale and expensive, and manufacturing operations also complicated. Furthermore, due to these circumstances, this decorative board is not suitable for small-lot production, and the variety of products must be reduced. Furthermore, due to the material and the fact that the thickness cannot be made very small (minimum thickness, approximately 0.5 mm), decorative boards do not have sufficient flexibility or elongation, and cannot be used for bending with large curvatures ( There were problems such as the minimum radius of curvature (approximately 5 mm), and the curved shapes to which this decorative board could be used were limited. (Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a decorative board that can simplify the manufacturing process, reduce thickness, and facilitate curved surface processing. It's about doing. (Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a base sheet layer in which kraft paper or base paper is adhered and impregnated with an acryl amino alkyd resin, an adhesive layer on the base sheet layer, and an adhesive layer on the base sheet layer. It was formed from a decorative paper layer adhered onto a base sheet layer via an agent layer, and a polyester resin layer coated on the decorative paper layer and cured at room temperature. (Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, 1 indicates a decorative board according to the present invention,
Consisting of a base sheet layer 2, an adhesive layer 3 on this base sheet layer 2, a decorative paper layer 4 attached via this adhesive layer 3, and a polyester resin layer 5 on this decorative paper layer 4. ing. The specific constituent materials of these are as follows. Base sheet layer 2 Obtained by impregnating kraft paper or base paper (approximately 100 g/m 2 ) with approximately 40% acrylamino alkyd resin. Adhesive layer 3 Adhesive: EVA modified adhesive mainly composed of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin Viscosity: 20000 ± 5000 cp Concentration: 50 ± 2% PH: 5 ± 1 Coating amount: Approximately 90 g (weight when applied)/m 2 Decorative paper layer 4 Printing paper (20 to 80 g/m 2 ) Polyester resin layer 5 Eporak SP-360 (trade name: manufactured by Nippon Shokubai Chemical Co., Ltd.) Next, a method for manufacturing the above-mentioned decorative board 1 will be explained. First, in the first step, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin adhesive is applied onto the base sheet layer 2 made of kraft paper or base paper impregnated with an acrylamino resin using, for example, a gluing machine to form an adhesive layer 3. Form. The amount of adhesive applied is preferably about 90 g/m 2 . In the second step, decorative paper (approximately 80 g/m 2 ) is pasted onto the applied adhesive and adhered by hot pressing to form the decorative paper layer 4. The press conditions in this case are preferably press temperature: 80 to 90°C, press pressure: about 5 kg/cm 2 , and press time: 2 to 3 minutes. In the third step, the above-mentioned Eporak SP-360, which is an example of a polyester resin, is applied onto the decorative paper layer 4 at room temperature (approximately 25 DEG C.), and polyester resin impregnation molding is performed by a film molding method. The amount of polyester resin applied is approximately 200g/ m2 , and its viscosity is approximately
2.0 Stokes is preferred. In the fourth step, apply the above coating at room temperature (approx.
Gel and cure at 25℃. Gel time is approximately 3.5
Minutes are preferred. In the fifth step, the gelled material is removed from the film. In the sixth step, the film is removed and cut into a standard size (for example, 3 x 6 pieces) to produce a product. As a result of actually manufacturing the decorative board 1 through the above process, a product with a finished thickness of 0.3 mm could be obtained.
Furthermore, it was confirmed that this decorative board 1 had sufficient flexibility to withstand bending with a curvature diameter of 2 mm. In addition, in the decorative board 1, by coloring the polyester resin, the pattern overlaps with the pattern of the decorative paper layer 4 and the decorativeness can be improved. Furthermore, if the surface of the film used in the film molding method (for example, Tetron film) is appropriately embossed, the pattern and the polyester resin layer 5 can be
It is possible to create a variety of surface shapes. (Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, there is provided a base sheet layer in which kraft paper or base paper is adhered and impregnated with an acrylamino alkyd resin, and an adhesive layer on this base sheet layer. It is formed from a decorative paper layer adhered onto the base sheet layer via this adhesive layer, and a polyester resin layer coated on the decorative paper layer and cured at room temperature.
Since the polyester resin layer is formed by curing at room temperature in this way, the manufacturing process is simplified, making it suitable for small-lot production, and making it easy to produce products that meet the demands of a variety of users. In addition, the thickness of the decorative board can be reduced,
Coupled with the good elongation rate of the polyester resin layer, flexibility is improved, making it difficult to break even when bent with a large curvature, making it possible to apply it to a wide variety of curved surface processing and end surface processing. be effective.
