The present invention relates to silicone compositions that form elastomers at room temperature when exposed to moisture. The silicone composition, which forms an elastomer at room temperature when exposed to moisture, is composed of a diorganopolysiloxane having reactive end groups and at least three acyloxy, amide, amino, aminoxy, or oxime groups per molecule. Manufactured by containing an organic silicon compound bonded to atoms as an essential component and adding fillers as necessary, it is an elastic sealing material for gaps between various joints in buildings, electrical equipment, etc. It is used as such. However, when forming an elastomer, these compositions usually use moisture in the air as moisture, so curing to form an elastomer is slow, not only does it take a long time to complete, but it also causes problems such as dust adhesion during curing. It has drawbacks such as increased deformation during curing. Therefore, condensation catalysts such as organic tin compounds are generally used. On the other hand, these organic tin compounds generally have drawbacks such as accelerating the decomposition of the produced elastomer and reducing adhesion, so it is difficult to use them in large quantities, and it is impossible to sufficiently improve the curing speed. There are many cases. Furthermore, when using a curing accelerator such as an organic tin compound, it is generally difficult to satisfy the curing speed and pot life in both winter and summer. That is, for example, if the curing time in winter is shortened to a satisfactory degree, the pot life in summer becomes so short that it is often impossible to work with the product. As a result of various studies on these improvements, the present inventors found that diorganopolysiloxanes having reactive terminal groups and at least three acyloxy groups, amide groups, amino groups, aminoxy groups, and oxime groups per molecule are silicon atoms. By blending a small amount of silanes in which four acyloxy groups, amide groups, amino groups, or aminoxy groups are bonded to one silicon atom into a composition containing an organic silicon compound bonded to a single silicon atom. The inventors discovered that the above-mentioned drawbacks could be improved and arrived at the present invention. In other words, the composition of the present invention not only reduces the use of organic tin compounds that have undesirable effects after curing, but also makes it easier to adjust (balance) the pot life and curing time, and also significantly reduces the occurrence of cracks during construction. Unexpected effects such as reduction can be obtained. The present invention provides (a) a diorganopolysiloxane having a reactive terminal group, (b) a diorganopolysiloxane having at least three groups per molecule selected from an acyloxy group, an amide group, an amino group, an aminoxy group, and an oxime group; Organosilicon compounds consisting of compounds having a structure in which three or less of these groups are bonded to each silicon atom; and
(c) A room temperature curable silicone elastomer characterized by containing as an essential component a silane in which four groups selected from acyloxy groups, amido groups, amino groups and aminoxy groups are bonded to one silicon atom. It is a composition. The diorganopolysiloxane having a reactive end group, which is component (a) used in the present invention, has the general formula These are diorganopolysiloxanes having reactive end groups, usually represented by . In the formula, the R group represents hydrogen or a substituted/unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group,
The number of carbon atoms is usually 1 to 20 (except when all hydrogen is present), but in some cases, polymerizable organic compounds such as styrene, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, and their esters are added to the gracme. R with a large number of carbon atoms and a structure considered to be polymerized
Those having groups can also be used, and in that case also, all R
The average number of carbon atoms in the group usually ranges from 1 to 20. n has a viscosity of at least 50 mPas at 25°C
is a positive integer such that The above formula (1) is an expression similar to that commonly used to indicate so-called linear polysiloxanes, and the amount of water contained in linear polysiloxanes normally used for industrial purposes is small amount of diorganosiloxane

アミド基[Formula] The unit containing a siloxane unit is (a) of the present invention.
Naturally, it can be used as a component. In addition, as the diorganopolysiloxane of component (a),
It is preferable that the siloxane bond exists at both ends as in formula (1), but even when it is bonded not only to the ends but also to the silicon atom in the middle, or in the case where it exists between both ends and the middle, the siloxane bond is separated to some extent, and at least two x
In many cases, it can be used as long as the group is present. Examples of R groups in the above formula include methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl,
Aliphatic hydrocarbon groups such as sec-butyl, tert-butyl, octadecyl, vinyl, allyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, methylcyclohexyl,
Alicyclic hydrocarbon groups such as cyclohexenyl, aromatic hydrocarbon groups such as phenyl, xenyl, tolyl, benzyl, β-phenylethyl, β-phenylpropyl, γ-chloropropyl, 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl , chlorophenyl, promophenyl, and other substituted hydrocarbon groups such as β-cyanoethyl, γ-cyanopropyl, β-ethoxyethyl, N-aminoethylaminopropyl, and the like. All R groups in the above formula do not need to be the same, and it is not uncommon for the R groups to contain two or more types of R groups. Generally, for reasons such as easy availability, at least 50%, usually 90%, of the R groups in the above formula are methyl groups. In addition, phenyl groups, vinyl groups, and the like are often used in combination with methyl groups as R groups. Furthermore, even if a small amount of the R group is a hydrogen atom, it can often be used as component (a) of the present invention. The degree of polymerization of component (a) used in the present invention is usually at least 50 mPas, preferably 50 mPas, expressed as a viscosity at 25°C.
~1000000 mPas, particularly 100~500000 mPas is preferred. When the viscosity is lower than 50 mPas, it is difficult to obtain an elastomer with good physical properties. Also usually
High polymers exceeding 1,000,000 mPas are difficult to mix uniformly with other components using normal industrial equipment. The reactive terminal group X in the above formula includes an acyloxy group, an amide group, an amino group, which will be detailed in component (b) below,
Although aminoxy groups, oxime groups and alkoxy groups are also used, hydroxyl groups are mainly used. Of course X
The groups do not all have to be the same, for example, those partially substituted with an alkoxy group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, such as a methoxy group or a β-methoxyethoxy group, or an alkoxy-substituted alkoxy group having a larger number of carbon atoms. Of course, also can be used in the present invention. As component (a) of the present invention, mixtures of polysiloxanes of various degrees of polymerization, various polymers, and copolymers can be used. The organosilicon compound used as component (b) of the present invention is generally referred to as a crosslinking agent, and is commonly used in combination with a diorganopolysiloxane having reactive end groups to form an elastomer at room temperature in the presence of moisture. This is the compound used. A structure having at least three groups selected from an acyloxy group, an amide group, an amino group, an aminoxy group, and an oxime group per molecule, and three or less of these groups are bonded to one silicon atom. For example, compounds having the general formula RSiY 3 ...(2) and silanes represented by the general formula Chain-shaped or Cyclic siloxanes shown in are mainly used. The R group in formulas (2) to (4) is the same as the R group in formula (1), and particularly represents a hydrocarbon group, and the Y group is an acyloxy group R′COO− ...(5) An amide group

The R group and Y group in formula (11) are (2) to (4)
They are the same as the R group and Y group in the formula, respectively, and p represents 0, 1, 2 or 3. Two comparatively simple examples of diethylaminoxy type siloxanes represented by formulas (3) and (4) are shown for each.
To give an example and It is as follows. (b) Compounds of formulas (2) to (4) used as components, compounds having various R groups and Y groups in one molecule, mixtures thereof, and various n, m, l groups.
It goes without saying that a mixture of compounds having different values can be used, and compounds in which a portion of the R group is a hydroxyl group can also generally be used as the compound of formula (3) or (4). In addition, although it does not correspond to formulas (2) to (4), the following formula is exemplified for isopropenyloxy group: or It goes without saying that compounds such as the following can also be used as component (b) of the present invention. Note that n in the formula represents a positive integer. The amount of these (b) ingredients used varies depending on the type of (b) ingredient used, the type and amount of other ingredients used, the manufacturing method, the usage method and usage conditions of the product composition, etc., but usually the amount of (b) ingredient used Preferably, 0.2 to 30% by weight of
Use 0.5-15% by weight. If it is less than 0.2% by weight, the composition will gel in a very short period of time, making it difficult to manufacture or use, and if it is more than 30% by weight, it will generally take a long time to cure, making it difficult to use. An acyloxy group which is the component (iii) used in the present invention,
Silanes in which four groups selected from amide, amino, and aminoxy groups are bonded to one silicon atom are represented by the general formula SiZ 4 (19). The Z group in formula (19) represents an arbitrary group selected from the acyloxy group in formula (5), the amide group in formula (6), the amino group in formula (7), and the aminoxy group in formula (8), and Examples are the groups shown in the explanation of component (b). Examples of the silanes represented by formula (19) include tetra(acetoxy)silane, tetra(N-methylacetamido)silane, tetra(N-butylacetamido)silane, tetra(N-cyclohexylacetamido)silane, and tetra(n- butylamino)silane, tetra(sec-butylamino)silane, tetra(cyclohexylamino)silane,
secbutylaminotri(cyclohexylamino)

(cyclohexylamino)silane, tetra(NN
-diethylaminoxy)silane, tetra(dimethylketoxime)silane, and the like. As in the above example, as the component (c), it is also possible to use silanes of formula (19) having various Z groups or a mixture of two or more types of silanes. Silanes of formula (19) can generally be produced in the same manner as silanes of formula (2) by using, for example, SiCl 4 instead of RSiCl 3 as a raw material. The amount of these components (c) to be used varies depending on the type of component (c) used, the types and amounts of other components used, the manufacturing method, the usage method and conditions of use of the resulting composition, etc., but usually component (b) It is used in an amount of 0.1 to 100% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 70% by weight. At 0.1% by weight or less (c)
The effects of using the ingredients are hardly recognized, and
Even if it exceeds 100% by weight, the effect of using component (iii) is hardly improved, and furthermore, the physical properties of the elastomer often deteriorate, such as the elastomer becoming hard after curing. Therefore, component (c) is generally more expensive than component (b), and compositions consisting of components (a) and (c) are generally difficult to manufacture and use. The silicone composition of the present invention can contain other substances conventionally used in silicone compositions that form an elastomer at room temperature when exposed to moisture; many. Examples of such substances include fillers, condensation catalysts, pigments, dyes, fragrances, fungicides, fungicides, corrosion inhibitors, antistatic agents, antioxidants, heat stabilizers,
These include flame retardants, solvents, plasticizers, chain extenders, adhesion improvers, stabilizers, organopolysiloxane resins, organic resins, light shielding agents, and foaming agents. As fillers that can be used in the composition of the present invention, all conventional fillers that are used in silicone compositions that form elastomers at room temperature when exposed to moisture can be used. Such fillers are firstly referred to as reinforcing fillers, for example, at least 20 m 2 /g, preferably 50 m 2 /g, usually
Pyrolytic silicon dioxide, precipitated silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide, aluminum oxide, zinc oxide, carbon black, etc., which have a large surface area of 150 to 400 m 2 /g, and are called non-reinforcing fillers. For example, quartz powder, diatomaceous earth, calcium silicate, with a small surface area, such as less than 20 m 2 /g.
Examples include zirconium silicate, calcium carbonate, calcium magnesium carbonate, calcined aluminum silicate with molecular properties, powdered sodium aluminum silicate, thioyoke, talc, bentonite, and the like. Various fibrous fillers can also be used, such as inorganic fibers such as asbestos, glass fibers, alumina fibers, metal fibers, and various organic fibers, such as fibers having an average length of 0.5 mm. Furthermore, these fillers are often treated with a so-called hydrophobizing agent such as dimethyldichlorosilane, trimethylethoxysilane, stearic acid, or a mixture thereof. When producing the composition of the present invention, mixtures of reinforcing fillers, mixtures of non-reinforcing fillers, or mixtures of both can be used. These fillers can be used in any amount within the range that does not impair the purpose of the present invention, but usually 1 to 300% of component (a).
It is often used in amounts of about % by weight. In addition, in the composition of the present invention, a small amount of condensation catalyst is used for the purpose of facilitating adjustment (balance) of pot life and curing time, but the amount used is smaller than that of conventionally known compositions. It can be reduced. There are also cases where it is not necessary to use a condensation catalyst. These condensation catalysts include dibutyltin diacetate, dibutyltin dilaurate, butyltin tri-2-ethylhexoate, stannous caprylate,

Tin compounds such as ( n - C4H9 ) 2OOCCH3 ] 3 and organosiloxanes containing tin, titanium, guanidyl groups, etc. are used alone or in combination. When using these catalysts, the component (a) is usually
It is used in an amount of 0.0001 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.001 to 2% by weight. Some examples of other formulations include dimethylpolysiloxanes with terminals such as trimethylsiloxane groups that are liquid at room temperature, phosphoric acid esters, plasticizers such as petroleum waxes and polyethylene waxes, gamma-glycidyl Adhesion improvers such as silanes having polar group-containing hydrocarbon groups such as oxypropyl group and γ-aminopropyl group, stabilizers such as polyalkylene glycols, and vinyl chloride, acrylonitrile, styrene, vinyl acetate,
These include organic resins such as homopolymers and copolymers such as ethylene. The compositions of the present invention can be produced in a manner similar to conventional silicone compositions which form elastomers at room temperature when exposed to moisture. That is, the composition of the present invention can be mixed in any order if necessary, but usually component (C) is mixed with component (B) and, if necessary, other inert components such as plasticizers and solvents. In many cases, it is convenient to mix the ingredients in advance and mix them with component (a). Additionally, this mixing is usually carried out at room temperature, preferably with moisture removed, but if moisture is removed sufficiently, it is often possible to mix at high temperatures, which has the advantage of making it easier to obtain uniform mixing. There are some cases. The composition of the present invention is particularly useful as a one-component, room temperature-curing silicone composition that is sealed in a container such as a tube or cartridge after preparation and stored to keep moisture out, and then removed from the container as needed. However, it can also be used as a so-called two-component room temperature curing silicone composition that is mixed at the time of use. When used as one-component compositions, the compositions of the invention also have particularly good storage stability. In other words, it has the advantage of being able to be stored for a long time without deterioration such as hardening, and can be stored at high temperatures, and when used, it easily forms an excellent rubber elastic body at room temperature. do. When used as a two-component composition, various combinations of the two components are possible, but there are cases where it is advantageous to mix components (B) and (C) with component (A) at the time of use. There are many. The composition of the present invention is sufficiently cured by normal humidity in the air, and can be used in a fairly wide range of humidity such as high humidity and low humidity. Furthermore, it can be used at a wide range of temperatures, including not only room temperature, but also high and low temperatures, and is particularly advantageous at low temperatures, such as -10 to 10°C. Next, examples will be shown. Example 1 Dimethylpolysiloxane with terminal hydroxyl groups having a viscosity of 500000 mPas at 25°C
100 parts by weight, 40 parts by weight of dimethylpolysiloxane end-blocked with trimethylsiloxy groups with a viscosity of 35 mPas at 23°C, 10 parts by weight of hydrophobically treated pyrogenic silicon dioxide, 0.2 parts by weight of di-n-butyltin dilaurate. A composition consisting of 5 parts by weight of methyltri(methylethylketoxime)silane and 0.1 part by weight of tetra(acetoxy)silane was prepared by a conventional method using a planetary mixer and filled into an aluminum tube to prepare a specimen. The tack-free time of this composition was measured according to JIS A-5758. In addition, to measure the state of curing, the composition was packed into a certain gap between two base materials under conditions of 5°C and 60% RH, and after being left for a specified time, tensile deformation was caused by 10% of the length of the gap. The time required for the surface coating to stop cracking (i.e., the time for forming a stretchy and tough coating)
(referred to as film formation time) was measured. As a result, 60
The tack-free time under the conditions of %RH, 5°C and 30°C was 19 minutes and 8 minutes, which showed little temperature dependence, and the film formation time was 170 minutes, so a very good composition was obtained. JIS A also applies to general rubber physical properties.
−5758, maximum tensile stress 14
Kg/cm 2 , elongation at break 350%, 100% tensile stress 5.2
Kg//cm 2 and a hardness of 22, forming an elastomer with good rubber physical properties. Comparative Example 1 In the composition of Example 1 without the addition of tetra(acetoxy)silane, the tack-free time was 32 minutes (5°C) and 4 minutes (30°C), which was highly temperature dependent, and the film formation time was It took a long time, more than 24 hours, and it was not a good composition. The rubber physical properties of the elastomer after curing were as follows: maximum tensile stress 14 Kg/cm 2 , elongation at break 500%, 100% tensile stress 3.7 Kg/cm 2 , and hardness 21. Comparative Example 2 In Example 1, tetra(methylethylketoxime) was used instead of tetra(acetoxy)silane and methyltri(methylethylketoxime)silane.
An attempt was made to prepare a composition using 5 parts by weight of silane using a planetary mixer at 5°C and 40% concentration, but the surface hardened quickly, so only a composition containing a partially cured product was obtained. I couldn't help it. Example 2 Dimethylpolysiloxane having a terminal hydroxyl group with a viscosity of 300000 mPas at 25°C
100 parts by weight of hydrophobically treated pyrogenic silicon dioxide
A composition consisting of 10 parts by weight, 0.03 parts by weight of di-n-butyltin diacetate, 5 parts by weight of methyltri(acetoxy)silane, and 0.1 parts by weight of tetra(acetoxy)silane had a task-free time of 22 minutes (5 parts by weight).
℃) and 7 minutes (30°C), the temperature dependence was small, and the film formation time was short at 180 minutes, so it was a good composition. Regarding rubber physical properties, maximum tensile stress17
Kg/cm 2 , elongation at break 230%, 100% tensile stress 7.1
Good values of Kg/cm 2 and hardness of 32 were obtained. Example 3 The di-n-butyltin diacetate of Example 2 was
For compositions that are the same but at 0.1 parts by weight, the tack-free time is 20 minutes (5°C) and 3 minutes (30 minutes).
℃), and the film formation time was 160 minutes. Example 4 Dimethylpolysiloxane with terminal hydroxyl groups having a viscosity of 300000 mPas at 25°C
100 parts by weight, 10 parts by weight of pyrolyzable silicon dioxide, di-
0.1 parts by weight of n-butyltin dilaurate, 0.2 parts by weight of tetra(cyclohexylamino)silane, and 5 parts by weight of methyltri(N-methylacetamido)silane.
Good results were also obtained with compositions consisting of parts by weight. Example 5 A composition in which 5 parts by weight of methyltri(cyclohexylamino)silane was used instead of methyltri(N-methylacetamido)silane in Example 4 and no di-n-butyltin dilaurate was also used in Example 7.
Similar good results were obtained. Example 6 Good results were also obtained with a composition in which half of the methyltri(cyclohexylamino)silane in Example 5 was replaced with methyltri(methylethylketoxime)silane and 0.1 part by weight of di-n-butyltin dilaurate was used. Example 7 A composition in which 5 parts by weight of methyltri(NN-diethylaminoxy)silane was used in place of methyltri(N-methylacetamido)silane in Example 4 also gave good results. Example 8 A composition in which 0.3 parts by weight of tetra(cyclohexylamino)silane was used in place of tetra(acetoxy)silane in Example 1 was as good as Example 1. Example 9 Tetra(N,N-diethylaminoxy)silane was used instead of tetra(acetoxy)silane in Example 1.
The composition using 0.3 parts by weight also showed good results as in Example 1. Example 10 In Example 4, tetra(N-methylacetamide) was used instead of tetra(cyclohexylamino)silane.
Similarly good compositions were obtained using 0.5 parts by weight of silane. Example 11 Similar good results were obtained with a composition in which half of the methyltri(cyclohexylamino)silane in Example 5 was replaced with methyltri(sec-butylamino)silane.
