(考案が解決しようとする課題)

又は配管若しくは赤外線加熱装置等の熱源を備え
ており、加熱と冷却が交互に行なわれるため、熱
応力及び疲労によつて歪や割れが生じることがあ
り、特にジヤケツト式のものは、割れにより加熱

されているスラツシユ成形用金型において、フラ
ンジ部を形成する各辺の端縁に、応力を緩和する
ための切欠きを少なくとも一個ずつ設けたことを

外方へ拡がるフランジ部3が連設され、該フラン
ジ部3は別体のフレーム4の保持溝5によつて保
持される。成形型1の背面には熱源Hが設けら
れ、成形時キヤビテイ部2を加熱し、離型時は消
