と、 前記ベース部材に枢支され且つ該ハンドル本体
に押出方向からのみ当接係合する第1押出部材お
よび、該第1押出部材と一体的に作動しターンオ
ーバースプリングによつて施錠位置と解錠位置と
に反転する第2押出部材により構成され、施錠位
置から解錠位置に反転したとき前記ハンドル本体
を閉塞位置から操作待機位置に押し出して保持す
る押出機構と、 前記押出機構と一体的に作動して施錠位置と解
錠位置とに移動し、前記ハンドル本体に固設した
ブロツク突起に施錠位置で係合して該ハンドル本
体を突出不能にする施錠端を設けた施解錠機構
と、 前記施解錠機構を操作するための施解錠操作機
構に連結して設けられ、中立位置に保持するとと
もに該中立位置から一方および他方のいずれの方
向にも揺動可能に前記ベース部材に枢支され、且
つ中立位置から一方または他方への動作にて前記
押出機構および施解錠機構を反転させて前記施錠
位置、解錠位置に変位なす操作部材とを具備した
