That is, it consists of a main duct for the front defroster nozzle and an auxiliary duct for the side defroster nozzle joined to the main duct along its outer wall, and the bracket part of the main duct has a projecting edge that locally protrudes to both sides from the auxiliary duct. The ducts are joined together so that both ducts are connected as one.

And the air outlet 1
are connected to the front air outlets 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the main duct a, and the air outlets 2 and 3 are connected to the side air outlets 8 and 9 of the auxiliary ducts b and c, respectively. Then, the air from the air outlets 1, 2, and 3 enters as shown by the arrow, and reaches the front air outlets 4, 5, 6, and 7.
The air is blown out from the side blow-off ports 8 and 9 as shown by the arrows. Reference numerals 10 and 11 are protruding edges on both sides of the auxiliary duct b, which are clamped and joined to the bracket parts 12 and 13 of the main duct a, as shown in FIG. The duct A of the present invention has auxiliary ducts b and c formed into molds d and
After blow molding in step e, insert it into the mold of the main duct a while holding it, and then perform the next blow molding to form the bracket parts 12, 1 of the main duct a.
3, and after forming, the slide piece f is moved in the direction of the arrow. In addition, 14
is the vacuum bleed hole.
